The hotel had a lovely pool area and the room was clean and very spacious, even with the baby cot in the room. Buffet was great, especially in the evenings when there was always plenty of variety. Very friendly, helpful staff. The hotel is also in a fantastic location, with local restaurants and the beach just a two minute walk away. Parking was also very easy. Only minor negative thing is that the shower isn’t designed very well - the edge of the shower tray isn’t high enough, meaning that water overflowed on to the floor every time we used it. Wasn’t a massive issue, but meant we needed lots of towels to mop up the water.

Fantastic hotel if you have kids. Our two under tens had a fantastic time, which meant we did too! Sven and Mimi the entertainers were great. If we come back to PP we’ll definitely stay here again

This hotel was well set up for families with small children. The staff organised many activities in the day with some good shows in the evening. There were plenty of sun loungers and the hotel was convenient for local shops, restaurants etc....

Hi, the location of Azul is fantastic - right near the beach and beautiful restaurants by the beach at Puerto Pollensa. The staff at Azul are great but this hotel wasn’t really for us, but that doesn’t mean to say it isn’t right for others. There are tons of activities and entertainment for families who love that but we like it quieter. The main issue for us is the pool isn’t big enough for the complex and unless your towel is on a sun bed at 8am, forget getting a space. I think the hotel should stop this happening as we only swam in the pool twice all week and went to a friends pool instead.

Stayed for 6 nights half board at the end of April. We have stayed at several hotels in pollenca and this is by far the best location. The room was lovely and clean and the staff were all fantastic but I would have to say I didn’t think the food was good compared to other hotels. I would definitely stay here again but would be room only or bed and breakfast.

The hotel was lovely, plenty of sun beds at any time of the day. The pools were very nice, and clean. Room was spacious, and had great air conditioning. Fridge, Kettle etc Again clean. The staff were very friendly, and the food was fabulous, so much choice! Would definitely go back there.

The hotel is ideal for families. A nice pool area and inflatables allowed which is nice. The animations teams does a decent job throughout the day and at the nightly minidisco. The kids (5&7) loved it. Buffet at breakfast and dinner was good. Sufficient choice that will keep most happy. Quality was decent if not gourmet. Only two blocks or a few minutes stroll to the promenade/beach/restaurants if you want a change of scenery.

Perfekt läge i Port Pollenca. Ett par gator upp från stranden men bara några minuters promenad. Gillade det mesta med hotellet förutom miljön runt poolen som jag upplevde som lite trång och oorganiserad… själva poolen var jättebra och allt annat var också bra. Vi trivdes och skulle gärna komma tillbaka. Majoriteten av gästerna var britter. (Juni 2022).

Sehr schöne Anlage und in ein paar Minuten fußläufig am wunderschönen Strand. Vor allem Abendbufett nicht besonders abwechslungsreich. Essen sehr auf englische Gäste ausgerichtet. Nettes und freundliches Personal.

Very clean, very convenient location - 2 mins walk from promenade, plenty of variety at buffet and used plates cleared quickly. Good room layout. Worked really well for us s as d our 2 teenagers. Liked the mix of couples, families and friends and fact it’s not just English guests.

Excellent four star hotel. Outstanding service. Clean and restaurant offer good food.Friendly staff. Wi-fi has improved and work ok, but needs upgrading. Stayed four times in this hotel (October visits for biking)

Lovely warm and friendly welcome by Angela Room sadly was not pool facing but was spacious and comfy enough Shame no kitchenette Breakfast had a good spread Kids club seemed great for the kids as was the evening disco. Evening entertainment for adults was great (and im def not the sort to like that sort of thing)

The first thing to mention is the staff here are just lovely and work so very hard. They provide an excellent service with a smile every day, so happy and cheery. Especially the ladies in the restaurant in the mornings and evening. Please, give them praise! The hotel was clean and it was a nice looking modern hotel all in all. The amenities were good, breakfast was ideal and dinner in the evening was perfectly fine for a small hotel. It was lovely and quiet when we visited which helped. During our stay we were informed by a guest that there were some problems with some children and guests at the hotel getting ear infections which they believed to be from the pool. This made us anxious about being in the pool so we mostly went to the beach but the hotel seemed to do all they could to ensure this wasn’t a problem with the pool and reassured us very well. After an initial review on check in, the hotel manager came to speak to us about our review to ensure we were happy. Room was nice and I thought it was a lovely touch that they provided masks in your room for you. Very helpful!! The only criticism I could give was the beds in the main room were fine (neither hard or particularly comfy) however the sofa beds for the kids were not great. The manager said he hadn’t heard this before and plenty of kids stay there, but for us they were hard and there was a lot of metal around the sides of the bed which my 3 year old hurt her leg on when trying to climb up on the first day.
