Hotel is fantastic. Super chilled and such a restful experience. Dont need to reserve loungers there are usually plenty. Pools are a little on the cold side though. We had a swim up suite and it was huge. Only downside was ours didnt have a terrace at the pool it was at the front and not private where our loungers were. Otherwiae a fantastic stay.

Excellent hotel for a few days in the sun. Top class service, staff very friendly. Would recommend for a quiet break.

A lovely stay at a very good hotel, the staff are friendly and professional. The hotel is very clean and the half-board offer is great, the food choices and selection are varied, I'm pescatarian but very plant based and there was lots of choice for those with restrictive eating. Shame water and tea isn't free (or appeared not to be, with the drinks stations shut). The pools looked nice though I didn't use them as they were quite cool and I prefer a bath (haha), it was also a hotel where the lower pools had no beds free (the upper cold pool did) until later in the afternoon. That annoying habit that many holiday makers have of nabbing a bed, leaving towels and disappearing for hours, is prevalent here also.

Brilliant hotel one of the best I’ve stayed in

This was my third visit and it's still wonderful, my happy place. If I had one small criticism, despite there being more than enough sun loungers for everyone I noticed that on this visit guests were ignoring the "no reserving sun longers before 11am" policy. Please don't allow yourselves to become one of those hotels as it will totally spoil the lovely atmosphere

Schöne Anlage mit ein paar kleinen Schönheitsfehlern. Ich hatte eine Junior Suite mit Meerblick, Zimmer 471. Ein super Zimmer und das Vorletzte im obersten Stock. Danke für das tolle Zimmer! Ich bin gegen 10 Uhr angereist und durfte noch frühstücken gehen, was super war. Mein Zimmer hat dann leider noch gedauert also habe ich angefangen die Insel zu erkunden. Abends war mein Zimmer dann bereit. Wie gesagt, tolles Zimmer! Die Reinigung des Bodens wurde leider nicht gut gemacht. Zudem hat mir ein Schild gefehlt, dass man auf die Reinigung verzichtet. Da sollte Standard sein aus Nachhaltigkeitsgründen. Es wird aber stetig gereinigt und nachgebessert. Ich habe mit Frühstück gebucht und das Frühstück war absolut top. Wer hier was zu meckern hat, meckert auf sehr hohem Niveau. Schade war, dass nicht jeden Tag das gleiche Kürbiskernbrot verfügbar war. Nachdem ich es angesprochen habe, hätte ich erwartet dass es am nächsten Tag wieder da ist, was leider nicht der Fall war.

Well located with great facilities. However we struggled to have our room cleaned during the day. We learned that reception will promise anything to get you to leave the desk (then nothing happens) - only option was to stand your ground. We were even promised a delivery to our room by way of apology but, you guessed it, nothing arrived. Got a generic email afterwards apologizing, saying compensating us while there was their priority and regretting this did not happen. Probably best avoid

Extremely welcoming staff. Very clean hotel and grounds. Rooms have everything you need, very clean, modern and smart. Great breakfast buffet, superb selection. Convenient location, lovely to have the promenade at the back of the property.

Très belle Junior suite face a l’océan, spacieuse et tout confort. La terasse est bien orientée et préserve l’intimité des clients. Petit déjeuner plus que riche et avec des produits frais. Piscine(s) parfaite(s) pour la détente et quelques longueurs relax. Nous n’avons pas trop profité des bains de soleil autour car notre terasse privative était bien plus agréable à nos yeux. Salle de sport équipée et toujours accessible. « Soin visage » testé et approuvé ! Seul bémol, le (petit) espace spa n’est pas accessible librement et avec supplément … Aussi, on entend les bruits de tuyauterie dans les chambres (mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé du moment où les voisins ne se levaient pas tôt ..!)

Je recommande vivement l’hôtel!L’établissement est très beau, mais ce qui le rend exceptionnel, c’est son personnel. Nous y avons séjourné pendant 4 jours en demi-pension. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons tout de suite etait très bien accueillis. Un verre de jus d’orange nous a été offert (étant donné que nous ne consommons pas d’alcool), un geste simple mais très apprécié. Le personnel de la réception, notamment Kilian, ainsi que celui du bar, est poli, souriant et bienveillant. L’hôtel dispose de 4 piscines, dont 2 chauffées, salle de sport, de 3 bars, d’un espace bien-être, de tables de billard, et propose chaque jour des activités pour tous les goûts. L’ambiance est calme, parfaite pour se détendre. Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre 183. Tout le nécessaire était à disposition : produits d’hygiène, thé, café, chocolat chaud. Un grand merci au personnel de ménage qui a fait un travail impeccable : lit refait, serviettes changées, réassort de boissons, tout était parfait. Le petit-déjeuner était varié, avec des options sucrées et salées pour satisfaire toutes les envies. Mention spéciale pour le smoothie du matin, un vrai plaisir. Le personnel du restaurant est remarquable, en particulier Naty, une personne exceptionnelle qui nous a mis à l’aise dès le début, Alex, bienveillant tout au long du séjour, Rosy, toujours souriante et gentille. Le soir, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Karem et Luisfer. Le buffet du dîner est très bon, avec des plats variés qui chaque jour!

The staff is very friendly and service-minded. Our room was spacious, clean and recently renovated, with a big sea-view balcony. But there’s something with the whole experience. For one thing, you get the feeling you’re in England rather than in Spain, not the least in the selection of breakfast items (the same goes for the surroundings). The average age is well beyond the retirement limit. All is very quiet, almost deserted sometimes. The hotel has certain ambitions and is very comfortable, but somehow you still can’t get rid of that mass-tourism feeling. Might be the same everywhere on Lanzarote.
