We visited this hotel last year and had a FANTASTIC time, room was lovely with a great view, etc. We decided to stay again as we had such a lovely time previously. This year was the complete opposite, we entered the room, the oven was on with the door wide open? Weird start. The duvet cover had been put on top of the duvet rather than covering it. Ended up making our own bed. The floors were FILTHY. The bedding had clearly not been actually changed as there was dirt, stray hairs and who knows what else in the bed. The only thing I expect from a hotel is walls & clean bedding. It's the bare minimum. We put the card outside for housekeeping to please clean. Came back to it being turned around to Do Not Disturb and the room clearly untouched. Gave up at this point. The staff at reception were lovely, very welcoming and accomdating. The pool staff are very chill, not friendly, not rude. Just chill. No complaints :) The room had a beach facing balcony and the overall property is very nice My recommendation would be to get a new housekeeping team as it is the only thing holding back the hotel. Also, there were weird stains on the floor. See photo. It was partially hidden but just added to the whole vibe of filth. Not impressed.

Great Apartments, clean & modern, not too far from all the hustle and bustle however is on top of quite a steep hill, we just hired e-scooters for the week and was fine but would definitely stay again, did t try the hotel food other than the toasties at the pool so couldn’t comment on the food but the toasties were great! Top tip get your drinks from supermarket at the hotel pool bar more than triple the shop

We loved the wibe and place! Downfall was bed it was broken, loud and sleeping like on scout beds. My back was in agony! Otherwise it was perfect stay

Outstanding hotel with amazing staff

appartement superbe avec belle terrasse vue mer. Cuisine royale. Par contre pas de lit juste un canapé convertible. La piscine est chauffée et agréable. Des spectacle le soir. Petit hôtel pas une usine à touriste. Un boulanger et une superette sont intégré à l'hôtel. Par contre pas de WIFI dans l'hôtel ni dans la chambre et pas d'assistance du personnel pour pallier ce manque.

Nice apartment doacious and has most things you need in a self catering apartment...bathroom wasnt great the gloor round the edges was mouldy and we had cockriaches coming out the floor at the corners, also spotted a few rats of an evening around the complex where food was thrown down by people for pidgeons, the staff on reception were gelpful foundvthe cleaning sraff a little abrupt and not so friendly, didnt ear at the resturant so cant comment, entertainment was awful and not something on every night, wouldnt stay here again and a little out the way of the main areas for us andd the steep climb each day was too much.

The staff were amazing, friendly,helpful and they sorted any issues straight away. There were always cleaners around throughout the day. The housekeeping was brilliant. The view's were beautiful. The only downside for us as a family is the hotel is up a steep hill. Its withing 25 minute walking distance to Fabàbe beach and then into other areas which is a decent walk. But we would have preferred to be closer to the main areas if Costa Adeje etc. The food choice was very limited so we ate out most days. We would definitely come back but for a long weekend to relax.

I meant to stay at the Sunset Harbour Club with friends but accidentally booked the wrong place. Luckily this was only a 15 minute walk from there. I found the room excellent and staff friendly and helpful. I can't comment on the facilities as I was meeting friends elsewhere each day so didn't really use them, but what I saw looked good. Lots of things going on if staying on site. Would recommend.
