Great stay, staff were polite and very helpful/accomodating. The location was perfect, in walking distance of supermarkets, places to eat out, the beach and transport. Very close to the local town also, the area felt safe. Only advise is to book parking in advance if you want it by the hotel and noise travels but is managable. Would defo stay again if I were to return to the area!

The team are friendly and make all guests feel welcome. The property is in good condition and the rooms were clean and spacious. The room were cleaned daily and towels changed each day .
Lots of opinions to dine out and the supermarket is 5 minutes away and is open until 10pm.
Great value for money and central to the local bus station.

Nice studio appartment, well equipped and comfortable. It is ideally positioned to enjoy the restaurants on the seafront and the shops of Puerto de la Cruz. There’s is a supermarket nearby and a number of cafes and restaurants. The hotel also has a nice pool area and a lovely roof top sun terrace.

RF Astoria - Only Adults ligger svært sentralt til gode restauranter og Cafeer i en trivelig del av Puerto de la Cruz.
Resepsjonen har bare svært hyggelige og profesjonelle medarbeidere og de skaper en god atmosfære knyttet til hotellet.

4 jours à Puerto de la Cruz pour visiter le nord de l ile. Hôtel très bien situé, à proximité des piscines naturelles et de la vieille ville. Il faut absolument prendre le parking de l hôtel.

Die Junior Suite für 3 Personen war groß, sehr sauber. Die Lage perfekt um fussläufig Puerto zu erleben. Der Parkplatz kostet nur €8 zusätzlich und das Auto ist gut aufgehoben.
Fabiola von der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat gerne geholfen.

Séjour de 2 nuits dans l'hôtel, problème a l'arrivée avec notre réservation mais qui a été vite réglée. Personnel souriant et très agréable, hôtel vieillot, chambre idem, literie pas confortable, nuits bruyantes, mais chambre spacieuse et fonctionnelle.

The property is well maintained and very clean. The rooms are cleaned daily and the towels changed each day .
The area is safe to move around and the restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. I loved that the supermarket was only 2mins away and open until 9/ 10pm in the evenings.
A great experience, lovely location, friendly staff and always willing to help.

The cleaners were very good, beds were made every day, plenty of towels, were changed twice a week.
The reception was` very helpful. Safe was €34 a week and €17 returned when I returned the key.
A very pleasant stay and good value for money.
