It was great

Excelente opción de hospedaje, buenas instalaciones, buen servicio y buena ubicación.

We loved this hotel, the staff, the location and the size of the room and bathroom. What I was surprised by is that they didn’t have any cups, tea or coffee in the room. I had to go downstairs in my pajamas to eat my girlfriend’s wake up cup of coffee each morning and I went without my wake up tea. They did have a vending machine for 1.75 euros I was able to purchase a gourmet cappuccino which was ok. I just feel they missed the personal touch on this. We would stay at this hotel again.

Hotel staff was very accommodating and aided an early check-in. Bathroom and shower were nice. Wine and pastries provided upon arrival were a nice touch. Although in an historic type building, the accommodations were very modern, albeit a long walk through hallways to locate our room took some getting used to.

We loved our stay. The room was nice and clean.

Small clean room

Great location, helpful and friendly staff.

We didn't like the fact that in order to get ice, you had to go down to the front desk, and they would get you it in a small bag. They forgot to call us a taxi, and it came 20 minutes late. Thr room was small but cool in the hot weather. Taxi's will rip you off at any chance.

Amazing hotel for the price. Staff were polite and helpful, and made everything easy for us. Only think that brings this from 5 start to a 4 star is there was no lock on the bathroom door. Other than that it was perfect.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente. Tanto la limpieza como las habitaciones estuvieron muy bien, por lo que en general tuvimos una buena estancia. Solo considero que hay dos aspectos que podrían mejorar. El primero es la caja fuerte de la habitación, ya que no tenía batería y no podía utilizarse. Lo reporté hasta el final porque no tenía tiempo para esperar a que la solucionaran, por lo que tuve que salir todos los días llevando conmigo los pasaportes, el dinero y las tarjetas. El segundo punto es la disponibilidad de planchas para ropa. No había suficientes para todos los huéspedes y era necesario esperar a que alguien devolviera una, lo cual no siempre ocurría de inmediato. Esto puede ser complicado cuando tienes que salir temprano y terminas usando la ropa arrugada. Fuera de estos detalles, la experiencia fue buena y destacaría especialmente la excelente ubicación, la limpieza y el buen estado de las habitaciones.
