Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El apartamento estaba en perfectas condiciones y cumplió con todas nuestras expectativas. Manuel fue especialmente amable y atento desde el primer momento: nos ayudó a guardar el equipaje y nos explicó todo lo necesario para que nos sintiéramos cómodos durante la estancia. ¡Sin duda, una experiencia muy positiva!

Was a great place sooo roomy

We travelled as part of a large group of friends. Communication was great via WhatsApp and prior to arriving at the property we had been provided access codes and room numbers. Some small issues during our stay were sorted seamlessly whilst we were out sightseeing. Would definitely return.

We booked a one bedroom apartment that can accommodate 5 people. There were 2 single beds in the bedroom and two sofa beds in the living area. The washing machine/dryer is located in the bathroom. The apartment was neat and clean. This place is generally quiet except for some stomping of feet from the people upstairs which happens either late at night or early morning. Location is so good we didn’t use the metro even once when we were in Madrid. San Bernardo and Noviciado metro stations can service this area though with the former being the closer one. Cafes and mini supermarkets are abundant in the area. Dishwashing liquid and a few tea bags and sugar sachets were provided. There is an iron and a small ironing board. The lift doesn’t start on ground level so bags needed to be carried up a flight of stairs. Check-in is done online via a link that is sent by the property in WhatsApp. All pertinent information regarding our stay was communicated in the same manner. Host is responsive and always checking if everything is okay. This is a good place to stay in Madrid and if there is one thing that can be improved, I think it’s the bath towels as they’re old and thin. I would recommend this accommodation.

Great, clean property, with friendly staff. In a convenient area.

There’s no elevator from the lower level. If you have heavy suitcase or you have limited mobility, accessing the elevator at the top of a set of stairs won’t be easy. I recommended at least coffee capsules and paper towel being standard, but was told that they can’t offer food. I don’t get why… but, it’s their call. The staff was very friendly, via WhatsApp, when I wanted to check in.

Un espacio muy conveniente y cerca de todo. Metro, cafeterías y tiendas de conveniencia.

Súper súper recomendado, no tuve problema en nada todo muy bien

très bon rapport qualité/prix. cependant il faisait froid à Madrid ce week-end et le chauffage ne marchait pas correctement. on est tombé malade à cause du chauffage soufflant qui de plus nous réveiller au milieu de la nuit. pour la localisation, il est vraiment à 15 min à pied de la Gran Via avec pleins de bars et restau juste à côté. Il y a aussi une ligne de métro san bernardo à deux pas de l’immeuble. au niveau de la priorité, les chambres ne sont pas nettoyé chaque jour mais on a trouvé le studio très propre. au niveau du check-in, nous avons galeré un peu puisque chacun d’entres nous venait d’un pays différent et n’était pas joignable afin de faire son check-in à distance pour que le premier arrivé aie ses codes d’accès.
