Clean rooms. 3 minute walk to metro train. There’s a grocery across the street. There’s plenty of coffee shop and restaurants in the neighbor. 10 minute walk to a train that connects to another train going to the airport. Area is safe. There’s that banging noise coming from a street 2 nights in a row, couldn’t sleep. Overall, the property is very clean and Milena responded quickly to my questions.

Excellent accommodation. Staff very friendly and helpful. Metro/bus a few steps away. Spacious and clean room. Highly recommend.

I was rather disappointed with this booking, mainly because information was withheld at booking stage. While I was informed that check-in after 8 pm would entail an extra fee, it took me by surprise to receive an email from the host at 6:40 pm on the day of check-in that there would be additional fees for room cleaning; use of the washing machine; storage of luggage on the day of departure; use of aircon by day. Use of air conditioning in a city like Barcelona at the end of June should be standard and not incur an extra fee, in particular since the room rate was not a bargain rate. To me this is unheard of. Also, it was impossible to keep the windows open at night because the room faces a very noisy intersection. My other comments are as follows: 1. The room was as shown in the photo. It was spacious, but the closet was tiny. 2. The kitchen was ok and equipped with all essential utensils. Each guest gets assigned a drawer in the fridge. However, the fridge looked dirty from the outside. See picture attached. 3. The shower stall was old and small; the door did not close properly; the towels were old.

いわゆる、民泊のような形です。３－４部屋あり、色々な国の人が泊まっていました。スペインのアパートの部屋を改築している形で、スペインの家ってこんな感じなんだということを知れてよかったです。部屋もキッチンなども綺麗で清掃されています。エアコンは一日１０ユーロで追加できるようですが、６月の夜はそこまで暑くはなかったので不要でした。 場所は駅からは少し歩きますが、スーパーもカフェもあり、サグラダファミリアなどにも行きやすいので観光するのはとても良いと思います！

Very nice location but access was not straightforward despite following instructions and front door lock needed a special maneuver which was not obvious. Room was tiny and very hot. But ok for what i needed.

Staff were great, very accommodating and very prompt with their communication, in particular Nutsa. Place was very clean and I’m very good shape. Would definitely stay again,

Firstly I’ve never been to a place where check in is 4pm and totally inflexible not even leaving the luggage. Arrived at 4pm and they made us waited until 4:25pm. Young lady was grumpy like she was having a bad day, horse face and almost no smile. Poor verbal instructions. Very noisy place and you can hear lots of street noises all hours of the night from outside and inside (doors slamming when shutting by other units).
