Only good for those who can speak Spanish. There is no check -in counter. So if the electricity is out in the middle of the night, you have to call the front desk. However !! If you speak English, the woman just hang up the phone because she can only understand Spanish. Then you have to stay the night without charging the phone, cannot see anything in the bathroom, with heating, cannot drink hot coffee. And there is no compensation.

Cela commençait dès le départ, nous avons eu un problème au niveau du chauffage, c’est-à-dire qu’il ne sait pas enclencher et qu’il a fallu attendre le contact de l’hôtel pour le déclencher à distance. Nous sommes restés plus d’une heure à attendre que le chauffage se déclenche à distance par le propriétaire et le temps que cela chauffe. Nous avons passé la fin d’après-midi et la soirée à 17°. De plus, l’appartement était nettoyé Schuurmans, nous avons croisé les femmes de ménage sans aspirateur juste passage de serpillière donc des cheveux rester au sol dans la salle de bain, les ongles n’était pas propre.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado y equipado. Ideal para visitar Sevilla. Zona con muchas opciones de bares y restaurantes con mucho ambiente y encanto.

Excellent communication from the owners throughout. Apartment clean and well equipped. Although not in the centre, the apartment was really well positioned and it took about 15mins to walk into the main shopping streets

Le seul inconvénient est la porte d’entrée qui claque lorsqu’on la ferme et c’est échos sinon tout fut parfait on a adoré on le recommande sans hésitation

Wonderful Property!

Very close to downtown area, Lacking some very basic kitchen utensils, for instance there was no spatula so could not even flip eggs

Apartment was basic but comfortable. Barrio nearby is great. Besides the slamming of doors, the location is quiet. It’s difficult to close front door to property without slamming. On day of reservation and thereafter, communication was superb.

The location is far from the city center and there was no public transportation, you needed to walk 30 min or take a taxi. A big problem for us was the AC as it will turn off in the middle of the night and we kept waking up drench in swear, we got devoured by the mosquitos as the cleaning lady left the windows open and they don’t have screens, nor we noticed until late at night. Also there was tons of flies outside at the entrance in the courtyard. The apartment itself was nice but felt a little dated. Because the main attractions and restaurants are in the center, I would not stay here again.

O local é agradavel e espaçoso, porem a limpeza deixa muuito a desejar,e as camas tambem,muito pequenas e por isso desconfortaveis! De resto,tudo bem! Boa localizacao!

Best location close to all the best tapas bar, clean and well organized, the bed is very comfy, cannot find anything to complaint

Positives - Lovely spacious apartment & good communication from hosts. Nice area with lots of bars & restaurants around & about a 20 min walk in to the centre. Negatives - We were ground floor & it was noisy! The apartment above us were very loud & we could hear pretty much everything to all hours!

The apartment had not been cleaned properly, dusty surfaces and bedding felt used. A small wardrobe but no hangers to put clothes on. No essential items in kitchen like salt oil etc and no tea towels or washing up liquid for dishes. Although a dishwasher , not enough pots to use it daily. In a good location for Seville though.

Logement propre et spacieux, lits confortables. Rue très calme et proche de plusieurs arrêts de bus. Communication efficace et sympathique via WhatsApp avec des réponses extrêmement rapides avant et pendant le séjour. Je recommande vraiment.

Quiet building and at the same time a fantastic location near a lively square with many very good tapas bars and restaurants. A mix up about the number of beds in our unit was addressed quickly by the property manager.

Ik boek een appartement omdat ik zelf soms wil koken. Is er 1 steelpan aanwezig die het niet doet op de inductieplaat en 1 hele slechte oude kleine koekenpan. Om een waterkoker heb ik gevraagd dat was meteen geregeld. Ook om extra handdoeken gevraagd en meteen gekregen. De communicatie via app was zeer goed. Reageerde vrijwel meteen. Zonde van de missende pannen de keuken was verder prima. De ligging is ook goed. Je loopt binnen 10 minuten het centrum in. Appartement was verder oké.
