아주 좋은 위치, 24시간 리셉션, 직원들의 친절함과 넓은 커뮤니티시설 모두 완벽했습니다 하지만 샤워실이 공용이라서 다소 아쉬웠어요

Room was clean and staff really friendly. Location is not bad. It was a little cold at night.

객실은 깨끗하고 편안했어요. 잠귀가 예민한 사람에게는 좋지 않을 것 같아요. 호스텔에서 제공하는 이벤트 같은 것들이 많은 것 같더라구요.

전체적으로 깨끗. 가우디 주요 관광지와 가까와서 도보로 다니는데 문제 없음. 렌페역이 가까와서 근교 여행시 좋음.

매일 밤 지하 공용공간에서 파티가 있다고 해서 시끄러울까 걱정했는데 소음이 방까지 들리지 않았어요. 방이나 화장실, 샤워실 모두 청소가 잘 되어 있었고 주변에 24시간 슈퍼가 두세군데 있어 편했습니다. 카탈루냐 광장에서 15분 정도 걸어야 하지만 큰길가에 있어 밤에 다니기에 위험하지 않았고 찾기도 쉬웠어요 시간이 안맞아 파티나 클럽엔 참여를 안했지만 현지에서 다른 여행자들과 어울려 엔터테이닝을 즐기고 싶다면 재밌을거 같았어요

Amazing stay

Mejorar servicio de atencion al cliente. Habia mucho ruido en el hostal por un grupo de huéspedes.

For 2 nights, I needed to check in twice in two different rooms. After first night, I had check out by 11 in the morning and again check back in after 2pm.

Thorough check-in service. Communal areas are great. Good sized lockers for storing your luggage safely. Great hostel and affordable in the city centre

Experiência muito boa, pessoas extremamente educadas e cordiais, especialmente Nicola e Paola que trabalham na recepção, vocês são uns queridos. Além disso, a Carol também é sensacional. Hostel tem atividades todos os dias, bom para quem viaja só(como eu), pois dá pra conhecer muita gente bacana. Recomendo e com certeza voltarei

I love to stay this hostel the stuff member is super friendly and helpful the hostel is have so much fun activities and good areas like restaurants coffee shops and laundry place I Would like to go back and stay this place again in Barcelona, really love this place 😊❤️

Great location, great staff.

The staff is what keeps the place going. However, not enough for me to return. This place is definitely for the young or someone on a budget. Pros: conveniently located Friendly staff Lockers work with room key Cons: Cleaniness was not on their to do list. I stared at the same goop that was on the bathroom wall. They had spiders in the room No privacy curtain Overall I felt safe and secure I however did not feel comfortable due to the level of cleanliness.

I've had an amazing stay at this hostel. The location of the hostel is amazing. They offered various activities, family dinners, pub crawls, free walks, so it was easy to meet new people. Our trip to the bunkers with Federica was very fun! I would definitely stay here again.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I paid in advance for a specific room package, but when I arrived, they gave me a completely different room — one from a lower category. Despite the fact that the room I originally booked and paid for was more expensive, they didn’t refund the price difference. On the first day, they admitted their mistake and told me they would pay me back. However, on the last day, they changed their minds and said they wouldn’t refund me after all. They even told me, “We’re afraid to call our manager because he is a very dominant person. We can't ask him if we can refund you or not.” Instead, they told me to send him an email myself. I did, but of course, I never received any reply. They just took my money and ignored their responsibility. Can you imagine a business like that? So here’s the truth: even if you pay for a specific room, you might not get it. They can put you in a cheaper one and keep the extra money you paid. This happened to me — I hope it doesn’t happen to you. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I won’t even walk past it.

The location is very good, however they don’t have enough toilets and showers for the high number of guests, some of their staff are rude and it was the most disgusting breakfast I ever had in my life. I paid 14 Euros in advance and didn’t even bother to eat their cheap and old food. They also allow people to arrive in the middle of night making a lot of noises when you’re trying to sleep. Beds & pillow are very uncomfortable too.
