사전 완납했는데, daily 추가 돈을 받았음. 다른데 예약했던 동료직원들은 추가 비용 없었는데...

슬리퍼는 없고 싱글베드 2개였는데 방도 넓고 좋았습니다

장점 1. 지하철 역에서 가깝고 5호선 종점역임. 2. 호텔 앞에 공항가는 버스가 다님. 3. 무료 물 제공, 아침에 로비에서 간단한 무료 음식 제공. (빵, 커피, 주스 등) 4. 객실에 네스프레소 있음. (캡슐 3개 무료 제공) 5. 바르셀로나 물가 고려시 가성비 괜찮음. 단점 1. 호텔 외부에서 샤워하는 실루엣이 보임 (호텔 양쪽 끝 객실)

정말 별로였습니다 침대에서 벌레가 나왔는데 마지막 체크아웃이라 객실이동은 없었으나 매우 불쾌했음

바셀 중심부 까지 지하철 30분 거리. 조용함. 공항까지 가는 버스 있음.

When I booked this hotel - I called expedia and asked for assistance. All I needed was a hotel that had a laundromat - we were coming from a 12 stay in Italy and I needed to wash our clothes - we were going on a cruise from Barcelona. I also asked that the hotel be close to the port. BOTH of my requests were overlooked. This hotel is a nice hotel but it is very far from the port and had no laundromat. When I told the front desk person, they looked puzzled why this hotel was suggested. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice hotel and the buffet breakfast is amazing. But if you want to go into the City it will cost you at least 50 euros and the port.....60 euros - this hotel is NOT in Barcelona - it's in a suburb. Very disappointed with Expedia.

We stayed at this hotel during our Portugal trip and had mixed feelings about the experience overall. The positives first: the breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of choices, and the breakfast staff was welcoming and attentive. The front desk team was also kind and friendly upon arrival. However, for a 5-star wellness hotel, we expected a much better overall experience and attention to detail. We were surprised to discover that swimming caps were mandatory for both the indoor pool and jacuzzi, something we had never encountered before in our travels, and that was not clearly communicated beforehand. There was also confusion regarding access to the outdoor pool and beach area, as the access doors were already locked around 7:30 PM even though the facilities were supposed to remain open later. The room felt dated for this category of hotel: stained carpets, a rusty trash bin, yellowed bathtub grout, an old hair dryer, no convenient outlets near the bedside tables, and very noisy air conditioning. The dinner buffet on our first evening did not appeal to us, so we ended up dining outside every night afterward. We also had an uncomfortable experience with parking after receiving contradictory information from different staff members, and we did not appreciate how one employee spoke to us about it. Overall, this was not the relaxing 5-star wellness experience we were hoping for during our anniversary trip.

Leider kann ich absolut keinegute Bewertung abgeben. Unser Zimmer war verlebt und dreckig. Im Bad war der Badewannenhahn defekt, was ich als absolut evkehaft empfinde. Unhygienisch. Die Reinigunsgskraft hat nicht mal annähernd ihre Arbeit gemacht. Als wir mit zwei Personen ankamen, lag lediglich ein Duschhandttuch und ein kleines Handtuch dort. Das Bett war beim zufälligen drunter schauen zerfetzt. Die Wände waren mal reinweiß. Mit der Zeit allerdings dreckig und mit jeglichen schleifspuren usw Versehen. Nicht ein Bild oder ähnliches hing an der wand. Es wirkt dort sehr kalt und alles andere als einladend. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Bis auf das Rührei was einfach eckelig geschmeckt hat. Die Bar war ironischerweise abends überhaupt nicht besetzt. Schade, dort hätten wir gern noch etwas Zeit verbracht. Schlafen konnte man in den Betten ganz gut. Für die Lage des Hotels war es auch recht ruhig auf den Zimmern trotz der Straße.

Le petit déjeuner est vraiment de très très bonne qualité je n’ai rien à dire sur ça !!! En revanche… l’air climatisée n’était pas au rendez vous dans ma chambre j’ai dû ouvrir ma fenêtre alors qu’il ne faisait assez frais dehors et en demandant à la réception ils ne sont pas capables de me répondre mais aussi, le parking n’est pas très adapté pour les véhicules ayant un gros gabarit.

Facility’s carport, at least on the first floor needs to be change, all wear and some tears and spots that looks terrible and kind feel running away. However staff and rooms were excellent and clean.

A equipe de funcionários foi extremamente prestativa. Excelente café da manhã, tinham adaptação para glutenfree e lacfree sem que precisasse pedir com antecedência.

Super hot in the room with malfunctioning AC

Outdated furniture, but very helpful staff. Quite far from the city centre so I would recommend to stay somewhere closer. It is a very quiet area with not much going on.

The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to the town and airport. Also friendly staff. However, the room had a strong moldy smell. Because the windows lacked insect mesh, keeping them open for ventilation resulted in mosquito bites. Additionally, having the windows open meant dealing with significant street noise throughout the night. I became ill by the third day.
