시설이 깨끗하고 좋았고 바르셀로나까지 렌터카로 방문하는데 가깝고 많은사람들이 모이는 해변이 있어 산책하기에 좋았습니다.

Recogida de llaves fácil a horas tardías. Todo limpio i apartamento muy bonito. La piscina llena aunque ya no es tiempo para baños... Por lo demás recomiendo 100%

La llegada fue muy mala porque no funciono el open key. Demoramos un monton, ya que NO me atendian a los telefonos de urgencia. Por suerte estaba con coche y tuve que ir hasta un hotel del mismo grupo de la empresa. Ahi me dieron una llave fisica. Nunca me devolvieron la llamada.

Buena ubicación y fácil acceso. Limoio y de buen tamaño el piso.

Great place to stay!

great position very close to the beach, personnel very helpful and gentle but the apartment was not very clean. a lot of dust especially opening the curtains and under the table (the chairs were not moved to clean)

The room was large, nice and cleaned, but bedroom TV did not work. There was no staff, because I got there late. It is probably a better place for younger generations, who figured things out quickly. I didn’t have enough coins for the laundry room But having one is a wonderful idea while traveling.

Location was amazing. 5 minute walk to the beach. Instructions were clear when checking in. Host was very pleasant and informative. Restaurants all along the boardwalk and grocery store approximately a 12 minute walk. Room was great and was totally equipped. I highly recommend!

Lovely property with friendly and helpful reception staff at the SG Costa down the road. Pool was quiet and a great addition to the property. We came to stay for the kids to attend the Andres Gimeno tennis academy and this location was walkable, in a lovely area and very close to the beach.

The check in was annoying. The online process was long and tedious. Then, after downloading the key app... the key was never sent so we still had to go to the other hotel. Which was fine, they were all close and it was nice to see the town. Just irritating because who likes to problem solve while on vacation? We will be coming back to this location next time! It was perfect in every other way.

Brilliant place to stay recommend the place.

No hay mantenimiento básico. Falta la manija de la cerradura de la puerta, lo cual fue muy alarmante para mí como viajero solo. Especialmente porque la puerta de la propiedad permanece abierta siempre, al igual que las escaleras y el ascensor, todo es accesible sin llave. Así cualquier persona de la calle podrá entrar hasta la puerta de tu habitación. Yo tenía unos alicates conmigo así que los usé para cerrar la puerta. Ademas el WC está roto y fluye agua. Hay una gotera en el techo, dejé una olla de cocina en el suelo para recoger el agua. Me quejé de estas cosas y me alegra poder decir que el hotel se ofreció a cambiarme a otra habitación. De hecho, me había enfermado bastante con la gripe, así que decidí quedarme en mi habitación, pero me alegré de que me hicieran la oferta. Sin embargo, estos problemas deberían haberse notado fácilmente durante la limpieza y la habitación nunca debería haberse alquilado así. Si estás en la habitación 510 después del 27 de febrero de 2025 y estas cosas todavía están rotas, ¡sabes que el hotel ya lo sabía! El peor problema es el vecino de enfrente que no cuida a su perro y que ladra todo el día. Me desperté con el sonido de este perro ladrado a las 7 cada mañana y continuó todo el día. Extremadamente inquietante. Obviamente, no es algo que el hotel pueda solucionar, pero es una advertencia para los huéspedes que si desean descansar este no es el hotel para ustedes!
