Six Senses IBIZA

Six Senses is a 5 star hotel. The staff was extremely accommodating. The food delicious and the setting is so picturesque.

The service in the restaurant was very slow and the food is limited for lunch.

Beautiful hotel, staff really friendly and helpful. Service was excellent. Loved all the little touches like sun cream lying around the pool and beach, yoga mats in the room. Delicious food, although very pricey. You must go expecting to spend money. Loved how everything was non toxic and organic. Breakfast was a real treat- get the French toast! There is nothing around the resort you will have to eat there and there are only three (expensive) restaurants. But we were very happy with the quality. Felt like a small intimate hotel with excellent standards. Spa was also amazing, my husband got a massage by an actual physiotherapist and his back is still feeling much better. Looking forward to our next stay, we will take our son next time.

Fab as always our October half term annual trip, unfortunately the end of season was a little earlier this year so we had to cut our trip a little shorter than usual. Big thank you to the kids club staff! 10/10 service by all staff members.

Das Six senses ist ein Traum von einem Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und die Speisen sind von höchster Qualität! Gym bietet alles was man braucht, man kann alles via App bestellen und sogar chatten. Muss man erlebt haben…

Best hotel we have stayed in during our annual Ibiza holiday’s everything 10/10 The service was amazing, my son had a wonderful time in the kids club and never wanted to leave! The team were incredible! 10/10 in every aspect! The spa was wonderful. One of the best massage’s I’ve ever had! Thank you very much for a short but wonderful stay in Eivissa! We will be back! Only downside was that the activities such as morning yoga and Pilates were before the childcare drop off, meaning I wasn’t able to join in. (Would be fab to introduce a little later class during school holidays)

Stunning views, peaceful environment, friendly service

As instalações do hotel são otimas, tudo muito lindo e bem decorado. O que não me agradou foi o atendimento e a falta de experiência. O Hotel é bem caro e não achei o atendimento VIP como achei que seria. Gosto muito de investir em hotais bons em viagens, sempre há uma carta no quarto de boas vindas, um mimo no quarto.... No café da manhã, quando chegamos as 10:30 (fechava as 11h ) sentia uma certa pressão por parte dos funcionários, o que seria aceitavel se o hotel fosse de outra categoria, porém no meu ponto de vista, a experiência como cliente do Six senses é bem fraca pra um hotel desse nivel. Minha avaliação esta entre valor diária X experiência, e nesse quesito, pra mim foi bem decepcionante, não pretendo mais ficar em hoteis da rede.

Massively overpriced for what it is. Wants to be a luxury hotel but cannot compete on any level with Four Seasons or Mandarin and the likes. Very average service everywhere, not particularly friendly, average food, design like a 1970s eastern block holiday camp. The “beach” which is basically rocks with cement is worse than anything I have witnessed in the whole Mediterranean

This hotel could be great but is falling short. The room we had was nice but they insisted we change room the last night and that should not happen in a 160 room hotel. A taxi booked for 8pm showed up at 8:35 pm and the valet said the whole taxi system had delays. He lied. The cab driver showed us he took the reservation 11 minutes earlier. The best restaurant was booked for a private event. So we have paid €1700 a night but cannot use the best restaurant because the hotel is greedy and rented it out for a prevent. The beach area is sub-par for a hotel that charges €1500 and upwards per night. No WC on the beach, so you have to walk back into the hotel. No drinks or food service on the beach. The access to the sea is limited and slippery. All of this could be justifiable in a €500 a night hotel but not at the prices charged here. Another guest just told me they arrived in the afternoon and only got their room after 5pm. Six Senses need to shape up. When I see this type of failures it typically comes down to the senior management. So change him or her and sort this out.

Eines meiner Lieblingshotels. Wunderschöne Anlage, tolle und sehr aufmerksame Mitarbeiter, super Essen, Spa Behandlungen sind himmlisch. Alles top! Ich war das 2-te Mal da und werde wieder gehen.

Wonderful place, gorgeous setting, amazing views. We stayed at the start of the Ibiza season (April) and so it felt as though the island needed to wake up from hibernation. The service in the main restaurant was really not good enough. Had to wait to sit, got incorrect orders more than once. I would suggest because it was beginning of the season and the weather was bad so other restaurants shut and couldn’t eat outside. Other than this - a wonderful time. Apart from
