Desk clerk left early no way to contact. Less than half toilet paper with four people in room. Had to buy tissue and ice. Air conditioner goes on and off so the room was hot and very humid outside so no relief inside or outside. Will not recommend.

Receptionist was exceptionally friendly and did best to make us feel at home which we are deeply happy about.
However the rooms are not in extremely clean condition. There was hair in the shower on our arrival and the quilts do not have cover so not extremely hygienic. Hope these can be improved.

the staff was very friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself didn't feel like a hotel... the room was very small for a 4-person family and was poorly organized. felt more like a hostel then a hotel and the pictures are very misleading. the location is great and we got excellent service from the staff but the overall experience wasn't good mainly because of the condition of the room. would not recommend.

Unbeatable location. Perfect as a place to sleep and shower as you explore the old city. The room was small, but if you are staying in this area you should be out as much as possible.
Just know what to expect: this isn't a big hotel with a staffed front desk. The desk is staffed at limited hours, you have to buzz in at the front door to enter the hotel floor. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Just don't expect the traditional full service hotel experience.
Also, if you're traveling with young children, note that the rooms are very small and it will likely be too cramped for a family.
But I will stay here again. If you could choose any location in Barcelona to have a great experience walking around and seeing the city, this is the place.
