위치가 대성당과 아주 가까움. 대성당 주변 골목들 구경 다니기도 가까움. 루프탑은 대성당뷰임. 근데 한 골목을 더 들어와야하는데 밤이면 무서울수도. 그리고 시설 구비는 잘 되어있고 깨끗하나 전체적으로 연식이 오래되어 그런가 살짝 낡은 느낌은 있음. 아침은 샌드위치 빵 쥬스 오거트 사과 등 포장된 박스로 밤11시쯤 배달되니까 냉장고 넣어두고 자는걸 추천!

엄마랑 함께 방문했었는데, 4일내내 너무 만족스러웠어요! 세비야에 다시 방문한다면 꼭 이곳으로 돌아올게요!

4인 가족 모두가 만족한 숙박이였습니다. 세비야 대성당, 시내와 가까워 도보로 다니기 충분하고 안전하고 깨끗하고 직원분들 친절하고 세비야를 간다면 다시 이용할거 같습니다.

Wij zaten in de penthouse met toegang tot het dakterras met het prachtige uitzicht op de toren.

Terrible estancia, la primera noche llegamos ya tarde de un tour y el clima no funcionaba, la temperatura al interior de la habitación era de 25 grados Celsius, se reportó al encargado y su respuesta fue que no podía hacer nada hasta el siguiente día que pudiera solicitar el apoyo de mantenimiento; se le solicitó nos cambiara de habitación lo cual no fue posible por estar lleno el hotel, se le solicitó contratara una habitación en otro hotel a lo cual respondió que solo la gerencia podría autorizar y por la hora ya no era posible. Cero empatía con el huésped, su solución fue que abriéramos las ventanas y tratáramos de dormir de esa manera. Al día siguiente mantenimiento arreglo el clima y nos ofrecieron un descuento del 50% de la noche que no dormimos.

The apartments view was of a dumpster that was constantly having trash thrown in. The apartment had an awful smell accompanied by toxic cleaning fumes that gave me a migraine. The beds had minimal scratchy bedding that wasn’t comfortable. We slept after 30 min and found another hotel. The staff was very rude when we expressed our concerns. I would not recommend this property to anyone!!

Outstanding spot to stay in Seville.

The room facing the street overlooks the garbage containers. Throughout the night and early morning, you can hear carts from nearby businesses constantly hauling and dumping trash, making it impossible to get a full night’s sleep. I don’t understand why, at least for that room, they haven’t invested in soundproof windows.

Great location very clean and comfy,you need to call them so they can turn the air conditioner and it was great

El apartamento de dos habitaciones muy lindo, cómodo, y excelente instalaciones, muy muy céntrico de lo turístico. Camas pequeñas no hay camas KING.

The communication for this hotel was top of the line. They email and WhatsApp you the day before your arrival. They sent step by step instructions on which app to download, how to use the key etc…We arrived early in the morning so we were told to go to the main reception to drop off bags, only a few short blocks away. When we arrived we were too tired to go anywhere so we sat in the lobby, our room was ready earlier than said time, which was great. We booked the penthouse. It was spacious enough for 2 kids, my husband and myself. I liked that the 2 bedrooms were on opposite sides. The breakfast was delivered in a cute box with plenty of options (fruit, yogurt, sandwich, croissant, another pastry, crackers, cookie and orange juice). The hotel is in the best location. The cathedral is a 2 minute walk, real Alcázar de Sevilla is 3 minutes. There were plenty of restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, and coffee right around the apartments. Public transportation was also a 2 minute walk. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The hotel’s room is big and clean. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Easy to get to the sightseeing spots.

We loved our stay! Communication was fast and check in was a breeze. This location was perfect and within walking distance of all we needed to see (Catedral, Setas de Sevilla and Real Alcázar). The only complaint is the outside is very loud and the walls must be thin because we can hear the trash guys up in the early hours of the morning as well as the neighboring rooftop restaurant that goes well past midnight and made for a restless sleep. There is also a note on the door that lets tenants know to close the door lightly which of course nobody paid attention to and that door was above my bedroom. I know the owner cannot control this though. Thank you for a memorable stay!

We stayed one night at U-Sense Sevilla Catedral and had a great experience. The remote check-in and access were quick and easy, making everything super convenient. The room was comfortable, and a great added perk is the access to the rooftop—perfect for relaxing or enjoying beautiful views and photos of Seville. Would definitely recommend!
