시설이 전반적으로 노후되었지만 깨끗하게 관리되고 있었고, 아파트먼트에 아침, 저녁 포함하는 상품을 구매하였는데 레스토랑에 사람이 너무 많아 정신은 없었지만 음식은 훌륭했다. 손보우 해변까지 급경사 언덕이라서 걸어서 가는 것은 힘들지만, 호텔에서 오전 오후로 30분 간격으로 셔틀버스를 제공하였다. 성수기라 비싼 가격에 숙박한 것이 좀 아쉽다.

Nice location. Pleasant staff. Average hotel. Pros: The staff at the pool and the dining area were good. Cons: 1. As per the staff, tap water is not safe to drink. 2. Need to pay for every small things. Need to weigh your bags in cloak room---pay; need water---pay; want to use the safe---pay; need water when dining---pay! 3. Substandard rooms. Rooms felt like we were back to early 2000s 4. No basic toiletries (except for hand wash and shampoo) was provided. Body wash provided was actually hand wash soap. 5. As a first time traveller, any and all information about the stay, visit to the beach, travelling to other location etc. was severely lacking, i.e., it was not given automatically. Such information was provided only when asked. For example, we wanted to travel to the airport, so were told to take a bus, but no one told us from where to catch the bus. We were told (when the bus did not arrive from where we were expecting it to come) at the very last minute before departure where the bus would arrive (the location was behind the hotel premises).

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les larges horaires d ouverture de la piscine. Manque de transat aux heures de pointe de la piscine,toujours le meme probleme des gens qyi prenent des transats et ne les occupent pas de la journée.

Lovely hotel set up on the hill, about 5 minute walk from the beach (hilly). The property itself is a bit dated and would benefit from a little modernisation. The staff and facilities of the hotel are great, the buffet was plentiful for both breakfast and dinner, delicious dishes and lots to choose from. Would certainly stay here again.

Did not believe that this property could be this nice for the value. It is amazing. The staff is incredible. The rooms are spacious. We had a balcony. The pool is very nice. Everything is conveniently located. The breakfast is phenomenal! Highly recommend this place.

Great stay and service from the hotel.

Hôtel avec un personnel exceptionnel. Les chambres sont agréables mais la salle de bain un peu vétuste. La nourriture est top. Par contre quand vous êtes en demi-pension, les serviettes de plage sont fournies une première fois gratuitement puis à chaque changement, c est 1euros.

This was my first ever all-inclusive experience so I had mixed views of what this would be like but I had the most enjoyable time we can’t wait to go back! I had read the previous reviews before booking this accommodation and my expectations were high in all areas of this holiday - I have to say I was not disappointed and more than impressed and pleased with my selection. Every staff member was so friendly and helpful, and could not be more charming to us whenever we engaged with them. Right across the reception team, the bar staff, restaurant staff, entertainment staff & service/cleaning staff we felt so welcomed and they couldn’t do enough for us - Special mentions to Ivan, Carmen, Ramiro, Elvis & Bernadette to name a few 👏 The location is slightly isolated from Son Bou beach but everything you could want is on site, we only left to explore Mahón Port once, which is also recommended for the architecture. Everywhere in the hotel complex was kept so clean, my family and I used the restaurant, bar, indoor & outdoor pools, well equipped gym, premium AIP bar and entertainment. They had varied acts on every night, something for everyone and overall the all-inclusive bracelets made us feel like Kings with unlimited drinks and food options. The restaurant food was so much better than I expected, with a wide range of salads, main courses, fruit and desserts plus dedicated chefs cooking grilled food to order. I would highly recommend this hotel and have no complaints at all.

I knew the reviews were good before we left but they surpassed all expectations, the food was superb, the staff ultra polite and helpful, the pool and entertainment were excellent, the access to the beach and shops was easy with the free and frequent shuttle service. I would absoloutely recommend this hotel to anyone (especially families).

Well keep property. Good pool. Lots of beds and no sunbed hoggers. Proper cocktails and good drinks, all served in proper glasses as opposed to plastic. The AI option allows you to order from the menu as opposed to buffet (at the pool bar/dining terrace. Table service at pool and at the evening entertainment. Evening buffet was great! Also.got lste checkout for 30 euro and they said that we have the room for as long as required on check out day. Excellent hotel, service and facilities.

We have had the most amazing 4 night stay at Valentin Son Bou. The staff were amazing and work so hard to ensure everyone is looked after. We opted for the all inclusive option and this did not disappoint. The choice and quality of the food was outstanding. The hotel is situated on a steep hill, but they offer a free bus service to the beach/town every day. We did not feel we needed to go anywhere as the evening entertainment was outstanding. We will be returning next year!

Delightful and friendly staff in reception, pool and lounge restaurant. Special having the Indian tikka on our forehead for Indian night. Food in main restaurant high class like 5 star and food assistants so welcoming. Never seen this before! I suggest you also have a dancer for Spanish and Italian nights! Live music incredible, especially Il Divo male singers. Only negatives are poor sound proofing in rooms and fire alarm problem at 6am! Needed more communication from hotel team after alarm evacuation. Some of us were wearing our nightwear and some people didn’t leave their rooms. I suggest you need more night staff please. Also suggest you continue the music in pool area after 1pm and not stop suddenly when animation ends. Music brings a lovely ambience to the area. Big compliments on your shuttle bus service from hotel to beach. Thanks overall - a brilliant hotel experience.
