Beautiful hotel-peaceful and relaxing. The decor was beautiful and the whole hotel inside and out was kept extremely clean and fresh. The smell around the hotel, even the putside areas was lovely! We loved the comfortable loungers and there were plenty available in various areas of the hotel. We enjoyed the adults rooftop pool and the views from there were spectacular. Rooms were tastefully decorated. The breakfast was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay-thank you to all the lovely staff. One minor issue- the concierge. You need to double check everything as they got many things mixed up with bookings and taxis during our stay. We raised this during our stay and the manager took note of this. However, they were lovely and polite. Theh just need a better, more efficient system which I’m sure they’ll work out. Thank you. We’ll be back!

Lovely hotel with lovely staff and fantastic views. There’s only 1 car so disappointing not to have use of it, though there is a car rental place in the hamlet. Without transport there’s very little nearby. Perfect if all you want to do is lie by the pool.

The hotel itself is amazing The service, is nearly 0 for me. Would i stay here again because of the resort and its vibe? Yes. Room service took over an hour to deliver. Room had ants. Room view of room 269 is not worth what you pay for; overlooking another hotel with people walking and staring at your on an island where you could be overlooking the sea. The porter instead of storing my luggage for checkout, he decided to come and keep it with me while he saw me sitting in the lobby working on my computer - the little things about service that are just .. wrong lol. I find the service very pool for a leading hotel of the world and the staff could be friendlier

Hotel maravilhoso com localização diferenciada em praia tranquila da ilha. Todo o staff foi muito atencioso. A piscina é acima da média.

Un accueil et séjour incroyable

El hotel y el lugar hermosos limpios etc pero el personal aunque muy amable y cálido sin experiencia alguna.. Se nota que estaban entrenando a la mayoría de los meseros jóvenes pero no se me hace justo pagar un hotel de 5 estrellas para que experimenten conmigo en el servicio. El hotel sabrá perfectamente a qué me refiero 5 jefes de saco y la el personal sin saber que hacer! No pueden entrenar tantos nuevos a la vez. Dos ejemplos Una merluza para el niño a la plancha Después de 20 o 30 nos dicen no hay merluza d solo lubina , en serio es necesario tanto tiempo para eso? Obvio el Niño de 2 años súper inquieto de hambre y obvio otros 20 min para la lubina Otra Pedí unos huevos para el desayuno en el bufete vaya a su mesa yo se los llevo pasaron 15 min y me paré y me ve y asustado uyy el de los huevos ,ahora mismo se los hago! De le había olvidado nunca mas acepté que los llevaran me quedaba esperando Y como esas muchas, ya nos reíamos porque muy amables y lindos pero ….. bastante caro y esperas mejor servicio.

Kind and helpful staff , amazing food , clean modern and beautiful building .

While the property is stunning, the service left much to be desired. The concierge was amazing when in person, but when we called them from the road to make a request and they were with someone else, they never called us back. We had to call 3 times about the temperature in our room being so hot and humid - and they said all was working properly when they finally came to look at it - and there was no way all was okay. We were so hot we couldn’t even use the blow dryers to do our hair. Everyone was so kind, but we just found service to be a bit slow overall. Lots of flies and bugs and nothing was being done to help. They leave the doors open in the gym so it was sweltering hot and filled with flies. Light some coffee grinds or flames to keep the critters at bay!

The hotel was new and clean. However, for the price we paid, around $1,500 per night, it was not worth it. Our room, a suite, had a balcony where other people could walk by. No privacy. The room itself was fine but not that big and reminded me of a nice Hilton Hotel. We had thought that the hotel had a private beach where you could get towels and have food service brought to you. normal for a so called 5 star hotel. unfortunately there are NO private beaches in Menorca and the actual beaches next to this hotel were filled with people and very, very rocky. there was no hotel service at the beach at all. If I had known this I would never have stayed. So we asked about getting a boat to take us to more secluded beaches. Unfortunately the concierge informed us that no boats were available. Terrible! I actually called down from our room to talk to the hotel manager and the girl who spoke to me said the manager would call me back. He never did. Poor management. The room we had should of cost around $500 per night. We paid $1,500 per night and got no beach, average rooms with no privacy, no boat, and average service. So when I think about this hotel I would say that if you know about what it has and does NOT have, you might be willing to pay around 30% to 40% of the price they are asking for each room. Needless to say, we will never go back, unless the price is one third of what they charged us.

The stay was amazing. Specially Alejandro from the front desk made sure every wish was possible. Great job! Great time - see you soon.

New hotel with convenient access to the beach

Amazing new property in a great quiet beach location if you want to relax and swim, Restaurant was great as well

This is the newest hotel in the Island, located directly on the beach. It is very comfortable and the staff is very friendly. The food still needs some improvement-, but the hotel has enormous potential, thanks to its facilities and to the welcoming staff.
