Villas Puerto Rubicon

Excellent villa, well appointed and maintained. The 2 bed villa was perfect for our small family. Great location in a quiet, safe road and within easy walking distance of the picturesque marina, which has plenty of amenities, restaurants and things to do.

Great location for a couple, easy to move around, has got parking and pool however it is not heated.

Super emplacement à 5mm de la marina. Heureusement que nous n'etions pas en pleine saison estivale car les maisons sont mitoyennes et nous entendions beaucoup les voisins ( tirer les chaises, TV fort...). Ménage etait moyennement bien surtout les sols (chaussettes blanches). La qualité du matelat et des oreillers étaient médiocres. Rapport qualité/ prix est pas bon, dommage que la piscine etait très froide pour en profiter.

Brilliant central location near the marina. 2 minute walk to the supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars. The villa has everything you need.

A great villa. Very clean and very close to main resort of Marina Rubicon. Fantastic.

The property was in an ideal location for access to The Marina area, but thought it a bit tired internally. It was also a bit of a noisy location as the villa and pool faced the road leading up to two big hotels with passing coaches picking up and dropping off. The villa and pool were cleaned 3 times during our 2 week stay and the staff were very friendly. Would I stay again, possibly if the villa was smartened up.

This is the fourth year we've stayed here. As always it was clean comfortable well equipped and quiet. The pool is small but clean and just what you need to cool off. It is ideal location for walks along the promenade and the huge selection of eating places at the marina (5min. walk).

Second time staying at these villa's, pro’s are the location to the marina and 20 min walk to town. Con’s properties can be dated inside not hotel standard and would benefit from aircon and pool heating.

You got what was advertised and more, a beautiful place to stay. Will definitely go again. Thankyou

Fantastic villa with everything I could need and more. Spacious comfortable and clean. The pool was fantastic and the area perfect for easy access to all the wonderful restaurants and bars on the marina. I will definitely stay here again it provided everything I wanted with a villa stay without the need to hire a car.

Really good sized property, simply furnished but more than adequate, well equipped kitchen, surprisingly some toiletries are supplied as well as a welcome pack in the kitchen with Milk, bottled water, tea , coffee and even a packet of biscuits. Villa directions were spot on and we found it easily. Great little pool in a nice outside area.

As alway we had a marvellous stay at Villas Puerto Rubicon. This is our sixth time staying in these incredible villas and we can't wait for our seventh visit next year. Each villas has everything you need including towels, kitchen applicances and cutlery, a private pool and so much more. The team are all so helpful and do an incredible job. They make your stay perfect. We cannot recommend them enough!

All good Spacious Great communication Clean

The villa was great. It had everything you would need. The location was excellent, just around the corner from the Dino supermarket and a 5 minute walk to the marina. It was very spacious with two en-suite bathrooms as well as a toilet downstairs. There was an outside area with the washing machine and dishwasher. There were tablets for both that we used. The pool was cold and we only ventured into it twice in the 3 weeks we were there. It may be more inviting during the summer months. There were two sunbeds and a table and chairs in front of the pool. It was lovely to have breakfast outside every morning!! The pool was cleaned regularly during our stay. There were also two towels for the sunbeds. There was a cleaner who came in every 4/5 days and changed the bed sheets and towels. The receptionist in the office was very helpful and we had the use of the courtesy room on our last day which was a real bonus. A few more soft furnishings would be welcome in the living area as well as a few lamps, but these are only suggestions to improve the experience. Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend the villa. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to return.

The property was great and in a great location near the Marina, communication was brilliant and towels and cleaning was an unexpected benefit. My only complaint is no air conditioning but i wouldnt let that stop me returning. We had a great relaxing holiday.
