제트윙 블루

Rigtig godt hotel. Et sikkert valg efter en lang rejse til Sri Lanka. Højt serviceniveau, udmærkede værelser og god morgenmad. Vi kommer gerne igen. Det eneste minus var at vi betalte ekstra for seaview, men fik poolview. Der var ingen handling fra hotellets side, selvom de lovede at følge op.

Old,tired,Rundown,dirty.Totally the opposite to how it is presented online. Very disappointing.

Room was great, next to the pool, close to the beach. Breakfast was extensive with lots of veg/vegan options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There were lots of dining and shopping options and the area is walkable. I'd stay here again.

The staff at Jetwing Blue are fantastic. So welcoming and obliging. The property is a little on the dated side but key amenities such as toilets, bathroom and electrical connections plus wifi all worked well. Rooms are spacious with views of the ocean. The catamaran rides are fun and the Dutch canal boat tour is much worthwhile. A slight disappointment was quality of the food, in both hotels and restaurants in Negombo. Transportation, however, works well and we didn't get ripped off. A visit to Club Ceylon for dinner is worthwhile too but avoid Black Coral in Jetwing Beach.

Wonderful staff, great food, large clean room on a wide sand beach.

it was reasonable. The photo showed to in real is different. Bit old looking room . The bathroom definitely need bit more uodate. Feel loke going to old building . The blinds in the bath room need upgrade. Furniture could have been arranged bit more practical . Lot of space wasted. View is amazing and rekaxing . Staff are extremely helpful and professional. Food was nice and variety options they had . View to the sea is exclusive to this hotel. We had two days relaxing time and all needs of ours were met . Jet wing staff thank you for looking after us

The hotel’s position was excellent on the beach and the staff were lovely. The downsides were the terrible mattresses in the rooms and the small of mould. Food was good. The gym, shared with Jetwing Beach, was out of the ark or at least the 1980s.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating, great location

It was my second stay, 12 days after 7 days last year. I’ll probably go and stay again. Last year it was part of a 3 week stay in Sri Lanka, my first visit. This year, I stayed put. Nice sunsets. Friendly, nice hotel staff. Large, comfortable rooms. Classy!

Great hotel, highly recommended!

Pool war klasse, gute Lage am Strand. Leider modriges Bad und das Buffet, bzw. Restaurant ist viel zu teuer. Gleiches gilt für den Flughafentransfer.

The hotel location is good, the pool is very nice and view of the beech is great. The breakfast has very good selection. The room needs updating. Our room the safe was replaced as it was not working, the floor in the room needed cleaning, the drawers knob came off. The other room the front light was not working. Although issues were attended too.

Staff is very friendly and kind, treated everyone with care and the food was amazing! Our stay felt at home and welcomed

Ideal for families

Check-in was really slow, one room not ready. The rooms smelt of mould/damp my husband could not sleep all night, walls and doors very hollow could hear everything so I couldn't sleep. Overall experience very bad and thank god it was only for a night!!!!

Jetwing Blue was voor ons gezin de juiste plek om te acclimatiseren bij aankomst in Sri Lanka. We verbleven er 3 nachten. Het team is heel behulpzaam. De kamers heel goed, hoewel een beetje gedateerd. Het ontbijtbuffet is een hele uitstap vanwege de enorme keuze. Voor ieder wat wils. Het zwembad is netjes onderhouden met vriendelijke pool boy die je van ligbedden en handdoeken voorziet. Minpuntje: er waren werken aan het terras waardoor er lawaai was tijdens ons verblijf (juli 2025). Dat is uiteraard tijdelijk. Nog een minpunt: net naast het hotel is er een hoogbouw (hotel?) in aanbouw. Ook dat zorgt voor lawaaihinder als je bij het zwembad ligt. Ook de kamers aan die kant van het hotel hebben hier last van. Wij lieten ons omboeken naar andere kamers na de eerste nacht vanwege het ochtendlawaai. De transfer van de luchthaven was achteraf bekeken veel te duur, maar welgekomen en netjes geregeld. Diezelfde taxichauffeur kon ons ook naar onze volgende bestemming voeren. Ook dat bleek vele malen goedkoper te kunnen, wat we dan ook zelf geregeld hebben. Overigens was het niet zo fijn dat de taxichauffeur ons tijdens ons verblijf verschillende kwam opzoeken aan het zwembad en in de lobby om zijn diensten aan te bieden (en buiten het hotel om plots 40 usd van de prijs afdeed). Dat voelde niet lekker en was een extra reden om niet van zijn diensten gebruik te maken.

I prefer a smaller hotel with personal attention and details. The young man at the reception was arrogant and not really helpful! I don’t know his name! The reason I chose to stay at this hotel is simply because my tour starts from here. I would not have chosen this place for myself and I will not come back to stay here in the future.
