Excellent hotel and great service couldn’t fault

We had an amazing room, great view and a great supper and show. We o it had the night but resort is beautiful and great service

Great pool, beachfront view although sea too dangerous for swimming. Loved the breakfast and discovering the local dishes like the egg hopper.

The rooms were not ready the time it was supposed to be ready and though I had booked 2 triple rooms.When I was taken in to show the rooms, there was no mention of the extra bed been brought in until I btought it up. Though the rooms were spacious, the standard was below my expectation. I wasn't tolhad to the additional beds to be brought

We stayed at this hotel for six nights and overall we were very satisfied with our experience. We booked and paid through Expedia, and the check-in process was smooth and quick. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a refreshing drink and a cold towel, which was a very nice and thoughtful gesture after a long journey. The rooms were comfortable and in good condition. They were clean and well maintained, and considering local standards in Sri Lanka, the level of cleanliness was absolutely fine. Some minor renovation or refreshing could make the rooms even better, but this did not affect our stay in any negative way. The food selection was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes, and everything we tried was delicious. Both breakfast and dinner offered plenty of choices, and we always found something we really enjoyed. What made our stay truly pleasant was the staff. Everyone was very kind and friendly, from the restaurant team during breakfast and dinner to the room attendants and the staff at the pool towel desk. We always felt welcome and well taken care of. Overall, we had a wonderful time here and would gladly return in the future. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable!

Quite worn out hotel. Not at all value for money. Dirty rooms. Needs renovation. Service very confused and unstable. Rooms not cleaned before 6 pm. However nice situated at the beach. Not possible for swim as to risky. Ok pool.

We enjoyed our time here - staff were very helpful and the breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options from Sri Lankan to western breakfasts! Very easy location to Galle Fort which was helpful for touring! The bathroom was also well stocked and big.

The rooms were clean and staff were great. Unfortunately the driver accommodations were fully booked upon arrival.

Staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The food was good with a nice variety, and the location is excellent, making it easy to enjoy the surroundings. Overall a great experience.

Kapila the executive chef and his team were exceptional! We absolutely loved our stay here. The room had fantastic views and the food was lovely!

It is big with beach views

Staff could be better trained. Had an unfortunate issue trying to get our driver a bed for the night; appreciate they couldn’t and was promised they would follow up and despite staying 3 nights - they didn’t. The rooms stank of wastage at time and the floors were not that clean. But the rooms themselves were beautiful with a gorgeous balcony for the junior suite. Breakfast could be better…

Allting var bra . Ren och fint överallt. Personalen var jätte trevliga och snälla. Städningen var utmärkt. Kvällens mat tycker jag att det var för dyrt - speciellt en vatten flaska 600ml =121,73 tsk 13000 LKR. En 1l flaska vatten på restaurang i Staden Galle kostade 360 LKR. Taxi transport som man beställde på Hotelet var 3 gånger dyrare jämfört TAXI GALLE. Annars det var jätte bra att bo på Hotellet. Allt personal var trevliga och snälla . Det mest som jag värderar det var service rom och städning bästa som jag har haft i hella världen som jag var . Jag rekommenderar mina kompisar och släktingar att resa till RADISSON BLOU HOTEL- SRI LANKA.

Hotel room was not clean at all as requested for interconnecting the door was with dust and dirt which isn’t professional. Went for the dinner in the evening and there was not much vegetarian options at all. We asked and the staff said there’s panned and rice and didn’t bother catering for vegetarians which makes me think how do you cater for veg people.
