Lovely team

Horrible experience! Staff was very slow and room service was disappointing! Room was outdated and appliances/lights barely worked. However, nothing compares to the elevator. There was an elevator malfunction and it slammed shut quickly on my toddlers head!!! The hotel staff apologized but to what point? Never would recommend this hotel to anyone and this definitely should not be 5 stars!!!

The jewel on the crown is the new Yazu Japanese Indian Fusion Restaurant. Overall we were more than satisfied. Alas, due to the religious festival on the dates we stayed...no alcohol served on two of the 3days we stayed. This is nationwide. Polite and kind staff...this makes all the difference.

Aamiainen on monipuolinen ja vaihtelee hieman päivittäin. Myös altaalla pizzat on hyvää. Dinnerillä oli usein aika kova meteli, sisällä syöminen ainakin levotonta äänien vuoksi. Ulkona musiikki soi aika kovalla. Kiva kuitenkin, kun musiikki oli live musaa aina. Ruokaa kuitenkin voi kehua yleisesti kaikilla aterioilla. Hotelli on jo aikaa nähnyt ja paikoittain tämä näkyy vaikka hyvätasoinen onkin. Uima-altaassa viikon ajan joka päivä joku seurueestamme sai haavan jalkaansa altaan terävistä kulmista johtuen. Henkilökunta oli avuliasta aina haavojen hoidossa ja muutenkin palvelivat meitä erinomaisesti. Hotellihuoneen siisteys hieman vaihteli ja usein puuttui pyyhkeitä. Huoneen siivoamiseen olisi pientä paranneltavaa. Kattoterassilla baari on upealla paikalla.

Allas aiheutti viiltohaavoja.

Uima-altaasta tuli joka päivä viiltohaavoja vähintään 2 uimarille ryhmämme kymmenestä jäsenestä. Aula ja allas alue olivat kauniita. Huoneet ja ilmastointi kaipaavat parannusta. Uimarannassa paljon teräviä simpukoita, joten paljain jaloin siellä ei viitsinyt eikä pystynyt kävellä.

We had an amazing room, great view and a great supper and show. We o it had the night but resort is beautiful and great service

Great pool, beachfront view although sea too dangerous for swimming. Loved the breakfast and discovering the local dishes like the egg hopper.

The rooms were not ready the time it was supposed to be ready and though I had booked 2 triple rooms.When I was taken in to show the rooms, there was no mention of the extra bed been brought in until I btought it up. Though the rooms were spacious, the standard was below my expectation. I wasn't tolhad to the additional beds to be brought

We stayed at this hotel for six nights and overall we were very satisfied with our experience. We booked and paid through Expedia, and the check-in process was smooth and quick. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a refreshing drink and a cold towel, which was a very nice and thoughtful gesture after a long journey. The rooms were comfortable and in good condition. They were clean and well maintained, and considering local standards in Sri Lanka, the level of cleanliness was absolutely fine. Some minor renovation or refreshing could make the rooms even better, but this did not affect our stay in any negative way. The food selection was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes, and everything we tried was delicious. Both breakfast and dinner offered plenty of choices, and we always found something we really enjoyed. What made our stay truly pleasant was the staff. Everyone was very kind and friendly, from the restaurant team during breakfast and dinner to the room attendants and the staff at the pool towel desk. We always felt welcome and well taken care of. Overall, we had a wonderful time here and would gladly return in the future. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable!

Quite worn out hotel. Not at all value for money. Dirty rooms. Needs renovation. Service very confused and unstable. Rooms not cleaned before 6 pm. However nice situated at the beach. Not possible for swim as to risky. Ok pool.
