It was nice but little bit far from old city

It is nearby airport, but far from city center. And the infrastructure near hotel is not well develope. so not many things to do. Wifi in the room need to be improved.

centrally located, clean and cool room, very supportive staff, I like this place, though the room is a little bit small.

It was only 3stars business hotel but it is afortable price and good value for money.Room was clean and cozy and staff was very helpful. Location was also not bad since it was bewteen Muscat internation airport and Mutrah so quite convinient. FYI, tax fare is between 5 to 8 Oman Riyal from hotel to airport/Mutrah. If taxi driver ask you more money, then you need to reject their offer!!

The personal behavior was excellent—very friendly and warm. I even arrived earlier than the check-in time, and they still checked me in. I checked in almost four hours before the normal time. During the four nights I stayed at the hotel, everything was really good. The floor where my room was located was quiet, and the room was clean. Everything was great. Access to public transportation was relatively good, considering that public transport in Muscat is not very strong. However, the hotel’s location was about a 20-minute walk from the bus station, which really helped me get around the city. I highly recommend this hotel.

Property was located in good area, close to several malls and shopping areas Rooms very small, hard to move around. Poor management, first day I arrived used sink ,it was plugged, hardly drained, brought it to their attention, nothing happened. TV did not work the whole duration of stay. They didn't care about these issues. Will not stay here again.

It was very clean and comfortable, the reception staff were extremely helpful and very efficient.They will print boarding passes etc for you. Breakfast was very good and very reasonable, again the staff were extremely nice. It had very good free wifi. There was always a normal taxi waiting outside. It is a 3 minute walk to a hospital/clinic that does PCR Testing (c£36) and it is about a 5 minute walk to a very big shopping mall. The electric plugs are standard UK plugs everywhere in Oman. There are a cluster of shops 5 mins away that include local restaurants, coffee shops, McDonalds, Burger King and a Shell petrol station that has a supermarket attached. All Shell petrol stations in Oman seem to have a McDonalds and a supermarket attached. They also seem to have an ATM nearby as does the one near the Ibis. I would not hesitate to stay at the Muscat Ibis again. There were no bad points on my trip.

The tip was of two days business, in proximity to nice dining restaurants, gas station and good malls. Highly recommend to all

the hotel was okay , but its very small , no amentias where there like toiletries . The service was very average

Ci hanno soddisfatto sia l'hotel nel suo insieme sia la buona posizione non lontana dal centro e a pochi minuti di distanza da un grande centro commerciale. Preparato e gentile il personale alla Reception, e soprattutto la Front Office Manager per la grande disponibilità; ci ha aiutato moltissimo con i transfer, le escursioni e gli spostamenti non solo a Muscat.

I stay use to stay in this hotel, just for the guarantied standard of IBIS, but it is quiet expensive according to its category.
