Okay if there is no mention of an elevator there isn’t one. So four stories of cruel, curving, stone steps. But unit itself well kept, basic but will all needed in superb location. Manager also extremely helpful, timely and professional.

We enjoyed the apartment as it was spacious and the kitchen was equiped. The only caution to older travellers is the stone stairs with no elevator. Challenging for suitcases. Location is great, close to walk to most sites.

We had a wonderful 1 bedroom apartment for a week in July 2025. It was very clean and had everything we needed except for filters for the coffee maker (store was a 5 minute walk away…no big deal). Great location. You walk out the door and are right in the thick of it. Cafes, restaurants and pubs all along the surrounding streets. Quick walk to the train or water taxis. Building is older which adds to the charm with old floors and windows. It can be noisy as you are the middle of the touristy part of the city. Do not recommend if you have problems with stairs as there are no elevators.

Great location, easy to get to, walkable and no issues.

Well appointed and comfortable. Pull out sofa is perfect and there was also an extra rollaway bed which we did not need. We were in unit 4 (1st floor) facing street. This is located above 2 bars and it it’s good to know that you will hear noise without ear plugs. Weekends it goes til 4am but it didn’t bother us. Building slopes a bit and I could feel it which some people are mired sensitive to than others so be aware. Very convenient location. Water taxi is accessible from Gamla Stan or walking to mainland is easy too. Lots of restaurants and shops and historical areas within walking distance. Weekend guided tours of Gamla Stan is common and a good idea since the buildings have so much history.

Gamla Stan was absolutely beautiful and a dream vacation - staying at this location made it even better! Having a beautiful space for the whole family to come back to in this walkable gem of a city was a dream! Hope to return again soon!

Wonderful little place

Overall quality, location and supprt were excellent. Highly recomemded. Two improvement points: the dual wasing\drying machine gives poor results on both account. Either have two selarate machine or take it out of property. Put a set of instructions in welcome email or property for the electric stove and the kitchen lighting remote operated

Tolle Altbauwohnung mitten in Gamla Stan, großzügig geschnitten, gemütlicher Essbereich. Wichtig wäre vielleicht zu erwähnen, dass zumindest unser Appartement unter dem Dach war. Es waren einige Stufen. Wer nicht so gut zu Fuß ist, sollte vorher fragen, in welcher Etage sich die Wohnung befindet.

In Old Town Stockholm

Wir hatten das Appartement 12 im Dachgeschoss, zu sehen auf der Auswahl mit der Dachschräge und sichtbaren Sparren. Das Appartement war top ausgestattet, war wichtig, da wir mit dem Flugzeug und nur mit Handgepäck unterwegs waren. Von Handtücher über Geschirrtuch Bis zu Kleinigkeiten wie ein paar Spülmaschinentabs, Lappen, Spülmittel, Salz, Öl, Kaffee und Tee. Auch die restliche Küche war mit Geschirr und Töpfen gut ausgestattet. Fünf Minuten entfernt ist ein kleiner Coop, bei dem wir uns mit Lebensmitteln eingedeckt haben. Wir waren mit unseren Teenagern unterwegs (mutmaßlich letzter Urlaub gemeinsam), da war es wichtig um eine gute Unterkunft. WLAN war vorhanden. Im Bad gab es Seifenspender. Lage war super in der Altstadt, der rest fußläufig erreichbar.

Relativt stor och fräsch lägenhet på bra adress i Gamla Stan. Något trångt badrum men i övrigt stora ytor.

Alltvar fräscht och rent. Sakande inga "behör" utan allt man behövde fanns.

It was amazing & perfect!! The location was the best you could get!!

Large, clean easy property on the top floor. No elevator, so a lot of stairs everyday but we knew that when we booked. Views only of rooftops and courtyards but also not something we minded. The second 'bedroom' was the living room, the sofa pulled out so it would have been nice to have the second bedroom seperate from the living room but for the size, price and location, again it was fine. The main bed was a bit cheap and moved away from the wall a lot. The bathroom was nice, hot water could have been a bit hotter, the hooks were just fancy stick ons so no heavy hanging toiletry bags can be hung. The apartment was well equipped. Coffee percolator, iron, ironing board, toaster, pots pans, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer and extra toilet rolls in the medicine cabinet. The location was fantastic in Stockholm old town, metres away from everything you need. A 7-eleven and a metro supermarket nearby, and lots of tourist shops, cafes and restaurants. The train station and ferry station very close by. The pictures of the building entrance and the contactless instuctions of how to get into the building/apartment even for late arrivals was super easy. Some complaints were that it was noisy. Perhaps that is only in the Summers when you have the windows open or if you are on the first floors. We stayed for a week over new years and the only time we heard anything was on New Years Eve which is to be expected! Overall very pleased. Location really is fantastic.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Umgebung, Ausstattung eher mittelmäßig.

You can’t beat the location, is perfect between restaurants, museums and walking anywhere. There is no elevator so be careful with full size suitcases. And it was weird to not have paper towels in the kitchen 😁

This apartment was not up to the standard is shows in the pictures. The main reason for booking this apartment was the access to the washer and dryer. It is very hard to find washers and dryers in the city. Well, last minute update there was no washer or dryer. No one to speak with because it was all automated. Also, the towels were gross. One towel was ripped and another towel had black stains. Furthermore, the apartment I stayed in was across from another apartment where we can see into each others apartments. Only a few windows had blinds. Additionally, the apartment didn't have an elevator. Made it very hard to go up multiple flights of stairs with lots of heavy luggage. Finally, the apartment had a bad bathroom odor all over. Very smelly.
