I was put in the wrong room originally but they were able to move me to the room I originally booked. Staff were always pleasant. They do speak English which is good. Also they provided a transportation pass for the train and bus to get around which came in handy. I will be back in July and plan to stay here again.

It is a 3 star hotel but more like 4 star. Very clean and good atmosphere. The pool and sauna are a big plus. Great location…very central.

Nous séjournons régulièrement dans cet hôtel et sommes toujours ravis de notre expérience. Le personnel est à l’écoute et très arrangeant. Lors de notre dernière visite, un petit souci avec la chambre a été rapidement résolu avec professionnalisme et gentillesse. Les chambres sont toujours impeccables, et le petit déjeuner est très bon . Un établissement que nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Lovely hotel on fairly decent location. You are a five minute walk to the lake, the train station however you are right in the middle of the red light district which transpires is very similar to Amsterdam. The hotel must have been an old bnb hostel and they’ve refitted it with really nice amenities, carpets and even though the rooms are quite basic, they are brand new, comfortable and the staff seem lovely and trustworthy. You are also very close to some great restaurants that are reasonable.

The property was fully renovated and very clean providing kettle and coffee machine in the room , though the double room was small but for short stay it’s convenient since it’s 5 minutes walk to the train station and walking distance of 10 to 15 minutes to the town and shopping area

Le personnel a été adorable et très disponible. La salle de bain ouverte sur la chambre n’est pas forcément idéale si vous désirez de l’intimité.
La chambre était propre mais le sol est vieillissant avec des taches. Le matelas était très confortable et la chambre était silencieuse.

Lovely spa hotel. Very close to the train and bus station. The breakfast was delicious and staff helpful. It was nice to come back to the hotel and use the gym and spa after a long day of sightseeing.
Please note that this hotel is in the heart of the Red Light District.

Hotel in red light distrixt & lots of men hanging round looking you up & down.
Staff not friendly, room was tiny so asked to move, carpets in hotel & room filthy & had drink marks on bedside table.
Breakfast was good & waiter very efficient.
Hotel is ok for cheap stay & convenient for station but be aware of seedy surroundings

Lovely hotel, small but city centre location so expected, spa was a real highlight. Very close to the central station and easy walk to the centre of Geneva and the Lake. Staff were always helpful and rooms serviced well,

Hotel is small and cute in the lobby area however the room was so small I couldn’t even open my suitcase. The location is central but the street is on is a bit sketchy. I would not return.

Hotel clean, good breakfast, good shower and bed very comfy but the room was very small. Small area to hang clothes, no drawers, desk took up a large part of the room, no space big enough to store a suitcase. Definitely could have been designed better. Also pool area is lovely but pool water spills over flooding the spa and tiles have no grip - creates an incredibly difficult surface to walk on, saw multiple people fall over. No handrails on stairs with a slippery surface - the spa is closed this week and I hope it is to change the flooring before there’s a serious accident. Hotel is in the red light district but always felt safe. We were on the first floor of the hotel and the street was quiet overnight.

The hotel was reasonably priced. The property was clean and updated, as were the rooms. We liked the pool and sauna on the lower level. Unfortunately it was so loud at night because this hotel is on a street with brothels and drug dealers. Because it was summer and hot — and there was not sufficient air conditioning, we had to sleep with the window open and it was impossible with the yelling and partying all night long.
