駅とホテル間のシャトルバスサービスがあるのを事前に教えてほしかったです。　知らなかったので、行きはタクシーを利用しました。帰りはシャトルを利用させていただきました。

部屋のベッドサイドのライトが切れかかって井出チカチカしたり、バスルームのティッシュは5,6枚使用したら切れてしまったりと、ちょっと残念でした。

We stayed one night. The staff was very welcoming and they have a welcome drink upon arrival. The Prosecco was a perfect start to our stay. They have a very nice spa area with a small jetted pool, sauna, steam room and sitting are. Robes and slippers provided. We did not have time to get a massage but with the VIP status you can get 20% off. We are dinner and had drinks at the sky bar. The food was good and prices are inline with everywhere else in Switzerland. Our room has a great view, was very clean, bed was comfortable. I would stay again.

This hotel was incredible and the staff was super friendly. One of the most comfortable blankets and i need to find where they got it from. Enjoyed my stay here, location can't be beat

The staff paid excellent attention without being asked for anything. I traveled with two pets and upon arrival they had what I needed brought to the room. The evening excellent dinners on the rooftop had breath taking views. The glass of champaign upon arrival was relaxing after the drive up the mountains. The spa services were wonderful and had a beautiful relaxing hot tub with incredible views to enjoy prior or after the treatment. I loved this property and recommend it for so many reasons. While most take the Bernina Train and utilize the hotel's shuttle, I parked at a nearby garage, which they offered assistance. They also assisted allowing me to drive into the pedestrian area to the hotel to its front steps. The location of the hotel is in the pedestrian area with incredible shops and a walkable distance to the Bernina Train Station but because of the incline/decline the hotel will shuttle you there upon request.

Beautiful hotel, breakfast included, room Upgrade given, many amenities, hotel shuttle to train station, excellent wine list, beautiful spa and sky bar overlooking the lake.

What a wonderful surprise! Friendly greeting and helpful at every turn. Room was roomy, clean, and well appointed. Beds and pillows were best of our Switzerland trip. Had two great meals - hamburgers in the rooftop bar at sunset; and breakfast. Drove us back to the train station. Wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

DO NOT BOOK THIS ROOM IF YOU WANT A VIEW!! ESPECIALLY A JUNIOR SUITE!! I WOULD HAVE RATED THEM A 3 (there are great things about this hotel see below) but no one would read the comments. Bad - I looked extensively to make sure I was getting a great view. Their Expedia add showed that junior suites appeared to have a great view so I paid a lot extra to get a junior suite. (in fairness there is a picture of our room but the curtains are not open in that view). Our view was of a clock tower and office building with about a one foot view of the mountains if you looked just right GREAT! - The sky bar was OUTSTANDING with AMAZING VIEWS. The hot tub was OUTSTANDING with AMAZING VIEWS. The art was wonderful. THE STAFF WERE OUTSTANDING. The restaurant was great, so good we ate there both evenings. Food and service were superb. Our room was very nice just no view MY RECOMMENDATION - book this hotel with the cheapest room available. Enjoy the staff and facilities, just dont expect a view.

El staff muy bien capacitados, muy atentos y bastante pacientes con nostros que llegamos con 3 niñas inquietas. Estuvieron pendientes de nosotros en todo momento y volveríamos a este hotel sin duda alguna
