Incredible views, excellent service and great accommodations and amenities for a reasonable price! First of all, our host, Richard, was there to greet us with a warm welcome when we came in on our first day in town. He was very responsive, friendly and helpful the whole time we were there. On the day before our departure, he helped us organize necessary preparations including taxi which we really appreciated. Room was very clean, nicely decorated and spacious with a balcony which had an incredible view of the Matterhorn! There is also a kitchen equipped with necessities which we used to cook our yummy leftovers from dining out. Easy public transportation (free bus) into town but you can just easily walk there as well. There's a dining room where we had a nice breakfast. There's also a game room for fun and relaxation and having the laundry room was very convenient. We loved staying here and felt like it was our home away from home after a day of skiing, shopping and dining. We will definitely stay here again when we visit next! Highly recommend!!! First of all, I really want to say thanks to Richard. He made our stay more enjoyable. He’s very kind and helpful. The room was also great. It’s comfortable and and clean and has everything that you need. The view is amazing. You can see Mattehorn directly from the bed. When you open your eyes in the morning, Mattehorn says Hi to you.

체르마트역에 도착시간을 사전에 연락하면 전기차로 PICK UP을 해줍니다. 또한 오전에 도착을 하였는데도 첵크인이 되었고요 주인은 매우친절하여 방까지 안내를 해주고 모든 설명을 해줍니다. 또한 발코니쪽에 마터호른이 보이는데 언제 사진을 찍으면 되는지도... 아침식사시는 당일 일정을 확인하고 일정에 대한 정보및 날씨에 대해서도 설명을 해줍니다 호텔의 위치는 체르마트역에서 약간 떨어져 있고 스위스가 다 그렇지만 경사가 꽤있습니다만 무엇보다도 주인이 매우 친절하여 계속 머무르고 싶은 호텔입니다
