Clean big wonderful room, perfect location, coffee stores and restaurants nearby, easy check-in and out. Definitely a recommendation.

Great location and nice apartments. A bit disappointed that we booked 2 apts under one reservation, but were assigned one apartment on the ground floor and one on the top floor. But we all managed fine and enjoyed our stay in the comfortable accommodations.

The kitchen waa properly furnished except for the absence of washcloths and towels. We didn't have anything to properly dry off dishes or our hands, nor to wipe down the table/countertop.

NEVER BOOK A ROOM HERE. The first thing I noticed about my room was the strong smell of B.O. (Body Odor). Plus the room was an oven. It was 86 degrees in Lausanne that day and the room had to be over 90 degrees. It was on the top floor and the roof cut down over most of the room. Instead of regular windows there were two windows set in the slanted roof. You could not look directly outside but these windows ensured increased heat. I complained to management and they said their air conditioning unit would not cool a room down like an American unit. It took a full 24 hours to moderately cool the room with the shades pulled. Therefore the first night I slept there I was uncomfortably hot. I was living in a smelly room like a mole in a hole, due to no view, and desperate to reduce the temperature. Obviously, they don't clear out the stale air because the B.O. dominated the two days I was there. You cannot sit up in bed because of the roof slant. The narrow bathroom was dominated by another slanted roof. I kept banging my head while showering. I am 5' 6". Anyone much taller than me would not be able to stand up straight in the shower. Thank god I was only there two nights, but I was miserable with the stench, the heat, the lack of windows to look out of and the inability to sit in bed or stand up straight in the shower.

This property requires you to have a QR code to check in. There arent any staff on site. It was fortunate that a guest nearby and let me into the foyer at 10:30 pm, otherwise I don't know what I would have done. But, their check-in system didn't recognize my reservation. No QR code was sent (I booked through Expedia). I did get it email with a guest identifier directly from Base Lausanne, so I thought that I was all set. However the ID didn't work, I had no QR code, and no one was able to solve the problem. After waiting for another hour for assistance, I opted to try a hotel with actual humans on site. My bad experience was made somewhat worse by receiving notification that they had billed my credit card, even though I couldn't stay there. I had customer service via telephone twice to resolve these problems and the charge was eventually credited back. I think that their staff are kind and helpful, but just stymied by not being on the ground to interact with the customers.

Elisabetta was a congenial host and helpful when we had questions. The property was fine, though the king bed was a little too large for the space, and the linens and pillows not of best quality. The property was in a great location, which made up for any shortcomings.

The apartment was in a nice neighborhood with many restaurants and bakeries nearby. It was large, with a well equipped kitchen. It's very close to the train station and down the street from the metro. An added plus is that there a laundry room where the clothes can be washed and dried for free. Laundry powder is also provided. The property has self check-in. Be sure to check you messages in the app to get the entry code and building instructions.

Good location, room amenities are great despite the exhausting fan is strong enough.

We love our studio room 404 which was on the top floor with slanted ceilings that allowed us to have a great view of the surrounding rooftops. Lovely neighborhood. It would have been a perfect stay if there was a full length mirror. Please install one and will definitely be back!!

チェックインはオートロックを解除して玄関に入り、自身で手続を行うため、事前に宿に連絡をしてオートロックを解除するための番号を教えてもらう必要がある点に要注意。あと、エレベーターが無いのかと思ったら階段奥にありました。部屋からは街や山並みを望むこともでき、バスタブもあって快適でした。

Très bon emplacement, près de la gare, facile d’accès pour aller dans le vieux Lausanne et le port d’Outchy. Tout était propre et paisible (6 nuits). Excellent accueil.

Short walk from the train station and metro. Easy walk to most places in town.
