프론트는 매우 친절하고 좋았습니다. 그런데 몇일동안 숙박하는 동안, 침구류를 매일 갈아주진 않아서 불쾌했습니다.

Budget. Close to central station and not far from city center. But need renovation. Room is really small. It looks bigger on the photos.

Hotel extremely convenient for the main Swiss railway station. Also located close to one of the main tram hubs making it extremely easy to get around the city.

Best thing about this property is it's location just around the corner from the main railway station. But we had a problem checking in as we were told that we had only booked for two, even though when I checked my receipt from Expedia, it clearly stated that the booking was for three. Then we were told that we didn't have breakfast included, when again it clearly stated on our Expedia receipt that breakfast was included. It was late at night and we just needed to get to bed, so didn't argue and our son shared the king bed. The room was an off-putting green colour and would have been okay, apart from the pillows that were really flimsy and uncomfortable. We didn't have a good night's sleep. There wasn't anyone on reception when we left the following morning, so we just dropped our key and left disappointed.

Perfect location near railway station and trams. Small, basic room, no view, but ok for a short stay.

Hotel muy bien situado y buen servicio. Es un poco incómodo llegar a la habitación por varios pasillos y escaleras. El desayuno se ofrece en otro hotel en el mismo edificio pero el camino es largo. En el pasillo olía a tabaco. La habitación cómoda y muy limpia.

Simple single room, does the job for a few nights for short weekend break

The Staff at the hotel were all so lovely. They were all really friendly and helpful. Can’t compliment them enough! Hotel its self is decent for the price. Clean and comfortable. The room we stayed in had a decent radiator and air conditioning, a nice size room overall, & decent bathroom with an excellent shower. Hotel location is brilliant, loads of local transport options right outside, and the train station to further afield is a minute walk. In the interest of a totally honest review, there were a couple of slight downsides. The location of the hotel means it is obviously a little noisy at times, but not so bad that it would be a real complaint. I am a light sleeper and was woken up a couple minutes of times during our stay, not a huge issue. Lastly, breakfast wasn’t great. It wasn’t the worst and you’d definitely find something if you’re not too fussy (fine for a coffee and pastry) but there wasn’t a whole lot of options and everything that should be hot was cold by time we got there, so we only used the breakfast facilities once during our stay. We unfortunately didn’t have the time in the end to try the main restaurant, however the food looked and smelled wonderful and we heard good things about it from other visitors. Overall though, fab hotel for the price in a really good location for exploring the city and nearby places, with wonderful and helpful staff.

Ideal location for early train

I tend only do reviews if something is particularly good or bad. Overall the hotel was very good (a little awkward to find though) but I write this review to mention Cedric on reception. He was excellent, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and a free upgrade! Thank you.

Nice and friendly staff, clean and comfort room. Very good location.

Sehr gutes, einfaches Hotel ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Basel SBB gelegen und prima zu Fuss erreichbar. Tram in die Stadt direkt nebenan, Restaurants in der Nähe. Bett und Bad sind ganz ok und alles ist sauber.
