Nice and kind staff, clean room But the room is really basic without air conditioners and mini bar

The self check in was easy. The room was clean and located close to the airport. The price was excellent. I knew we were not getting memory foam beds but it was exactly as expected. I would stay again.

The stay and the room is safe and comfortable. The rooms are spacious enough and well designed. The only problem is with the restroom/ washroom. The washroom door is very poorly designed. It opens inside and its very difficult to close the door when you are inside. The hotel needs to redesign the door to open to the outside for example, but other than that. The stay is okay for a day or two!

This hotel is around 7 minutes walk from the train station. Although we had an early check in with additional cost. We had to wait so long to do this and there are no seats to wait. They have free lockers (8 when we were there) you can use if you need. No staff in the area although bending machines are available. Coffee and snacks can be ordered. This hotel is not far from the shopping centre and old town. Loads of restaurants and shops. Water fountains are found everywhere.

Hotel bom, limpo e confortável. É um hotel moderno! O check in e o check out são feitos pelo próprio hospede em um computador que fica na recepção do hotel ! É muito fácil ! Tem maquina de café e de snacks disponível na recepção. Tem também um locker, caso o hospede precise deixar suas malas. Dá pra ir andando da estação Central de trens de Zurique. Tem muitas opções de mercados e restaurantes no entorno.

Localização boa, bem próximo da estação central. Quarto um pouco apertado, com banheiro muito pequeno. Sistema de self check in muito interessante.

Wie der Name schon sagt, einfaches Hotel. Selbst Check-in. Bad und Zimmer waren sauber. Alles in Ordnung und ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr nahe am Bahnhof, also praktisch für Zug An- und Abreise.

Arrived at noon and was offered early check in for $10 CHF. No choice of rooms but if possible ask for room away from street as people talk and sound travels.

My room it was full of mosquitoes and very noise to sleep too many noises from the rest and people around the building No Internet, and no staff available The shower and water was no running good Worst experience ever

The property was lovely but the automated check in proved problematic

Overall great place clean very spacious wish there were more areas to hang things with towels hanging has to put coats on floor. My only true complaint is beds were rock hard and my back ached after but overall great place and loved easy self check in and out.

The room dont have air condition and the TV was not working

We were a bit concerned after booking because self check in, luggage lockers etc but all went very smoothly. Really great location for the bus and train stations. Really clean, there’s a lift. We missed having a kettle to make a cuppa but that’s all. Restaurants nearby….well, tbh, don’t bother. Italian terrible unless you want a pizza, indian not good and overpriced.

En general está bien, es limpio muy cerca de la estación central, todo renovado. Mi único problema es que el check era a las 3pm y al llegar no estaba lista mi habitación. Nos tocó esperar 2 horas y 15 minutos para que nos entregaran la llave y subir. Nos tocó nivel 5 y solo llegaba el elevador al piso 4. Llevamos carruaje, maleta grande y fue difícil subir el último piso. En general si lo recomiendo.

Por favor cambien el colchón. Realmente es muy duro. Y pongan más almohadas. Después de caminar todo el día querés un colchón cómodo El resto bien. La habitación que me tocó es grande. Una esquina dos ventanas. Baño y ducha pequeña Check in fácil Ningún empleado en hotel
