Lovely spacious suite with dishwasher, coffee machine, hob etc. Very quiet hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Coop supermarket 2 minutes walk. Easy walk down to the lake and Jet d'eau.

We loved that there is a kitchen to cook our meals and convenience of the grocery store across the street. Old Town was literally up the hill from the hotel. Location location!!!...when you get to the street of Lake Geneva, you are @ the middle of the Lake. Even nicer, the train is a 12 mins walk to n from the hotel. Hotel is in a prime location - just bring your walking shoes with you. Hotel is literally walkable to everything. Lots of different cuisines within the area.

Our stay here was lovely, we had a beautiful suite with large windows overlooking the shopping street. Hotel is located in old town, very charming cobble stone streets. The staff was wonderful, always restocking fridge with waters. We forgot something in our hotel room and they were so kind to mail it to our US address. Very pleased and definitely recommend this hotel!

We enjoyed the stay! The hotel was luxurious and very spacious!! The location was great and very quiet!! Will definitely come back when we come to Geneva next time!!

Great studio apartment close to Old Town & lake. The apartment was well set up & comfortable & the staff were friendly & helpful.

Amazing! I was surprised at the size of the suite with a sitting area a table to eat at and the amenities in the kitchenette area. Chocolates for Easter! Genuinely kind, nice staff!

Very nice hotel, clean and feels safe. I didn’t give it a five starts because the last day we only had towels for two people instead of three and some of the toiletries were not replaced. Other than that everything was good.

I would definitely stay there very central no need for a car. It’s perfect for 3 with total privacy. We had the unit overlooking the cathedral. It was bright and very comfortable.

The location of the property is perfect - straddling the old town and shopping district and a couple of minutes from the lake. It is a ten-minute walk from the train station and six-minute walk from the bus station. The property itself is spacious, quiet, and immaculate. Staff was helpful and the breakfast offered nice choices. Would absolutely stay here again next time we are in Geneva.

Todo excelente, la suite muy amplia, moderna, cómoda y muy bien ubicada en el centro de Ginebra. Lo único es que faltaban ammenities como acondicionador y crema humectante que hacen más cómoda la estancia

We came to Geneva for 4 days to celebrate our anniversary. The room itself was comfortable except the noise from trains and garbage trucks that kept us from sleeping every night. So we were tired all the time which made our trip unpleasant. Do not get a room facing the train side. One day the housekeeper took away the prescription medications from the side table of my bed. No reason to remove someone’s medicine as a part of room cleaning. During the commotion of looking for the missing medicine my wife hit her nose on a cabinet door. Might be broken. Very bruised face. Eventually the hotel found the medicine on housekeepers cart after looking through trash and everywhere else to find the drugs. The stress of potentially having to cancel our trip and go home early as well as a possibly broken nose and bruised face made for one of the worst hotel experiences ever. No apology from the staff, no one ever asked to see how I was doing. Never asked about the injury to the nose. Nothing.

Lovely, quiet and dark for great sleeping. Very friendly and helpful multi-lingual staff. The suite was like a small apartment with a separate living room, (though not sound-separated), and an efficiency kitchen in the hallway. Great location for shopping, eating and strolling. Would absolutely stay here again.

Huge room and very central, walkable to everything. Nice to have a kitchenette too after eating out so much on a long Europe trip. The room felt upscale and better than the photos!
