아주좋은 위치에 자리한 명망있는 호텔입니다. 바로 대각선에 최고급호텔이 위치하고 있고 프라우뮌스터가 도보 5분거리입니다.조식이 아주 맛있고 서비스도 훌륭합니다.다만 시설자체는 노후화된 부분이 있고, 클래식한 느낌입니다.
그럼에도 한번쯤 묵어가면 좋은 호텔이며, 서비스와 친절도는 매우 만족스러웠어요.

숙소 컨디션과 조식, 체크인ㆍ체크아웃 서비스 모든 측면에서 만족스러웠습니다.
동시에 국내 4성급 호텔과 비교를 하게 되더군요.
왜 국내 숙소들은 가격은 비슷하거나 오히려 비싼데 모든 면에서 이 호텔의 퀄리티를 따라오지 못하는지.. 심지어 조식의 격차는 너무나도 심해서 비교 불가.. 앞으로 국내 여행은 숙소를 이용하는 대신 당일로만 다녀올 생각을 하게 되네요.
그만큼 만족스러운 숙소였습니다.
좋은 경험을 제공해준 것에 감사하며, 내년 취리히 방문 때 다시 만나게 될 그 날을 기대합니다. 고맙습니다.

When I saw exterior of hotel, disappointed. BUT! The manager was veryfriendly, and they provided early check-in, so I could lessen my tiredness. The room was clean, and the bed was soooo nice! The best point is the interior and condition of restroom. Oh, one more thing I got touched was two free Tobleron chocolates on the pillow, and two free spackling water on the table.

So glad we picked this hotel in Zurich! Manager who checked us in was super friendly and helpful (he gave us a map with directions on where to visit in the city), room was clean, quiet and cozy, the their breakfast was really good, simply the best we've had in Europe! We would definitely come back here next time we're in Zurich :)

Excellent location, most of the major attractions are in walking distance. The whole area is very nice, you can safely walk on the street at night. Staffs were very kind. Our room was comfortable and spacious. My only complaint is the portable air conditioner, it was quite noisy.

This hotel was the only one during our trip across Switzerland that had proper air-conditioning, which made our sleep during an active heatwave bearable. We were also given an extra fan that increased our comfort.
Amenities were great. We loved the jacuzzi tub, though at times it was a bit wonky.
Breakfast was also great. We enjoyed the wide selection of food and the quality was up to standard.
The hotel was conveniently located next to a tram station that made exploring very easy. There were also a lot of restaurant options within walking distance.
Unfortunately, the WiFi was a bit unstable. Overall, we enjoyed our staying.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel
Is conveniently located close to the tram stop and easy to access from the train station; it’s in a beautiful area of town near the churches, lake, and Old Town. The room itself was comfy with a nice bed and plentiful pillows, a deep tub for soaking after a long day, and AC to help me sleep at night. The breakfast was a beautiful spread and super friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel 100%.

We were six nights on family vacation. The staff the best you have experienced! Service room was great! Front desk is absolutely amazing! We can’t express our gratitude! Anything we ask and we always had a help! Super friendly and super helpful. How to get in and directions. Breakfast was great and delicious! Stuff were great and helpful and friendly! Hotel is in the center of the city, walking to everything! Strongly recommend this Hotel! Greg.

Staff was very helpful and polite, very professional. Definitely made may stay top notch. The breakfast was outstanding and the service was exceptional. There is not enough stars to rate this place it is off the charts good. Will always stay here when I visit Zurich.
