방문들과 화장실 문이 쾅쾅거리며 닫혀서 너무 싫었어요.

시설의 청결과 아늑함은 좋았으나. deposit 요금이 자주 결재되어 불안하고 불편했음.

벌레가 나와 좀 당황했고, 미니바가 컴퓨터로 운영되어 뽑기만 해도 비용이 청구됩니다. 이 점 주의하세요. 아침일찍 비행기를 타야할 경우에는 무료 셔틀을 이용하면 되고요, un기구들과 버스 한번에 도달할 수 있는 위치입니다.

L’accueil le soir a été particulièrement désagréable. Un doute sur la réservation et le paiement et après vérification toujours un accueil froid et hautain… premier Hilton à travers différents pays aussi désagréable. Le personnel du matin en revanche a été très sympathique.

Hotel great if needing close to airport. Get transportation card given with hotel stay. This will allow you to go to old town

Great staff But hotel under renovation

Covinient location, walking distance from the Convention Center.

Everything was perfect Food was nice but only given few options for the meals

Staff at bar restaurant was great! Our bathroom had a clog that was fixed promptly and there was black hair on floor upon arrival and some safety pins but otherwise great!

Convenient to airport and clean.

I wasn’t aware that they were renovating the hotel and that half of it is under construction. The dining and breakfast areas no longer exist and at 35 Swiss fr for a breakfast buffet that I would describe as very average you should probably look for another hotel until the renovation is finished.

Great property - ideally situated for the PalExpo with just a 5 minute walk!

The hotel is old and the beds are very hard (uncomfortable). The pool is nice.

Be careful Hotel com charge you for local taxes and than you get charged again for local taxes. I had an experience where Eve the customer service representative asked me if I need an Arab speaking delicate as she found me an native English speaker, for some rude reason. Had another staff tell me it’s VAT. Yet the amount of tax is the same. Was most probably charged twice. Couldn’t stand their and be told all kind off excuses. Was offered a bus pass at 1 am in the morning. When I ask what it can be used for at these time, they said we don’t know. This hotel has gone slightly down in customer service. Had one bathrob One towel And the room had a strong aura which for me wasn’t great. This hotel it seems like it’s concentrated for lay over for the airport and full of other passengers.

El personal del hotel es muy apático

hotel is fine. the hotel is not accessible from the airport unless you are picked up by the shuttle which runs every 20-30 minutes (despite online sources saying you can walk to the hotel from the airport). nice spa
