로잔에서 최고 좋은 위치에 있습니다 우시 전철역과 에비앙가는 여객선 항구가 200미터 거리에 있음 근처에 마트 빵집 식당 모두 훌륭해서 샌드위치와 음료를 사와서 호텔 마당 잔디밭에 마련된 테이블에서 근사한 아침식사가 가능합니다 주변 환경 호텔 환경 모두 최고 입니다 다만 시설이 조금 오래되었지만 운치있습니다.

무척 깨끗하고 잘 관리된 호텔입니다. 직원들이 잘 교육되어있고 무척 친절합니다. 3박을 했는데 첫날 일찍 도착했음에도 체크인을 일찍해주어 쉴수 있었습니다. 하지만 방 구조가 다락방처럼 천정이 사선으로 낮아지는 부분이 있어서 보기에 갑갑하고 머리를 자꾸 부딪혀서 두번째 날 방 교체를 요청하자 두 면에 통창이 있는 전망 좋은 방으로 교체해주었습니다. 첫번째 날 배정받은 방과 같은 구조의 방들이 여러군데 있는것 같았습니다. 방이 맘에 들지 않으면 교체를 요청하는 것이 좋을것 같습니다.

From the minute we arrived, the staff was helpful and friendly. We were able to store our bags and check in a few hours early. The room was gorgeous and had a mini bar in the room with plenty of options for tea and coffee. The bathroom was clean with all amenities of soap, shampoo, heated towels,bathrobe and slippers. Within a 5 min walk from the subway station. And right on the water. Beautiful views. The hotel also has a work out fitness room and an outdoor pool and spa. They have a sister hotel across the road you can also utilize. Staff will give you a city pass for free transportation. HIGHLY recommend and would stay here again.

Very close to the metro making this a great base. Expensive breakfast is not worth it in my opinion

The room we stayed in was impeccably clean. It was well designed and was very well appointed. My only complaint would be that we were staying on the top floor and the room had low ceilings so there were many times that my husband (who is 6 feet tall) hit his head. My other complaint is that the parking garage was a bit inconvenient. There was a stairwell leading to the main property but there was water accumulating at the exit of the garage so we had to navigate not falling into a puddle and carrying our bags up the stairs. The pool was nice. The restaurant was delicious and had excellent service despite being understaffed. The location of the hotel was excellent being right by the waterfront. We were very close to the boat launch—which was lovely. The Hotel staff was very friendly and kind.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Everything was perfect, spotless and very welcoming. The pool beds are so lovely and comfortable. The staff were really sweet and the young man that checked us in was very accommodating and friendly. I can’t wait to return!

Beautiful historic hotel. Very comfortable and the receptionist was so helpful. The hotel is a series of four buildings. The upper building where I was is up a series of outside steps. When booking, you may want to request the lower building. The room was larger than you would expect of an older building.

Love the location. Pretty building with modern amenities. Easy access to public transportation.

It was all good

This was such a charming hotel. Right across the street from the lake. Beautiful views, friendly staff, safe area. Close to the metro. We loved our stay and would definitely book there again.

Room was excellent. Staff are excellent. Location was excellent. Food was great but expensive compared to USA, but that seemed to be the case throughout Lausanne.

This was am amazing hotel in a fabulous location, my only criticism is the cost of breakfast per person - the highest we have ever paid per person anywhere in the world! No other dining options around.
