I upgraded and my room was fantastic. Front desk was so kind. WHAT A VIEW. Only thing missing was the balcony flowers in February. LOVED my stay and wish it was longer. Probably the most comfortable hotel bed and pillows I've ever had and I sleep in about 100 different hotel beds a year!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with a very warm and friendly atmosphere. The location is perfect—close to all the main tourist attractions and shopping areas. The hotel is situated in a beautiful and safe neighborhood, surrounded by high-end hotels, making it a pleasant and secure place to return to in the evening. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring a comfortable experience throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing visit. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Incredibly view and location - but the state of the bathroom was not very good (difficult to close the door, only one soap , but you could not tell if it was shampoo or hand soap or bath soap)

Our room was ready when we arrived which was 2 hours before the stated check-in time which was very convenient and perfect for us to get out exploring Geneva straight away. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and it was great to get a free map and travel cards - the public transport was really useful. The room was ideal for our one night stay. The room and the ensuite were clean, the bed was comfortable, there was a safe and the view across the river was great. It was quiet in the hotel which allowed us to relax after a long day exploring. The only cons were at first there was a slight smoking smell in the room but it did clear and the shower tray is quite shallow so it would flood if you were in there longer than a few minutes, but other than that we were really happy with our stay so thank you!

Hôtel un peu old school mais très confortable. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Emplacement idéal pour la gare et le centre ville.

The staff was excellent and the view from my hotel room was memorable

This is an older character building on the river near a bridge: great walking opportunities, big room, 2 sinks, small fridge, no microwave. We slept well.

Classic old hotel close to the train station (10 minute walk). Jet d'Eau Fountain and downtown shopping is approximately 1.5 miles so be prepared to get some exercise. Staff was helpful with recommendations and directions.

It is a charming old building with French windows looking out on the river. It is convenient to the old city, museums and lots of restaurants. The reason I gave it a 3 is that the rooms are very basic and my bathroom was tiny. Still it worked out well for me since I was coming and going from the train station which is a walkable distance.

Depends on your expectations, really good location, can walk everywhere. Clean an neat but really small, especially the bathroom. I feel good for money, but if you expect more, you will be disappointed
