日本に帰る前に1人で一泊しました。数日前に泊まった近隣のホテルはエアコンなし、セキュリティボックスなし等でチューリッヒの三つ星ホテルはこんなもんかぁと思いましたが、このFELIXは清潔さ、設備面で段違いに良かったです。チューリッヒにまた来ることがあれば是非泊まりたいです。

Warm welcome from the reception. Not only check-in but also got advice for city trip. Immediate service received even though there were small mis-communication about room cleaning service. Nice breakfast — Bread was tasty, various yogurt and good coffee. I will definitely stay here if I have a chance to visit Zurich in the future.

Clean modern rooms and nice bathroom. Absolutely terrible wifi that couldn’t hold connection. Took minutes for anything to download and unable to hold a video chat for a work call Also wood floors and the idiot in the room above me walking heavy footed around the room from 12:30am until 1:30 am. Just didn’t stop and thus unable to sleep. Then again at 3am

Hospedagem muito boa. Quarto bom, mas com ar condicionado portátil. Banheiro com parede do box de vidro voltado para a cama, apenas uma cortina para fechar caso precise de privacidade no banho. Hotel com ótima localização, próximo da estação central e de paradas do tram. Dá para fazer caminhando todo percurso aos pontos turísticos do centro histórico. Limpeza muito boa, funcionários muito bons e café da manhã otimo também.

This hotel was perfect for an overnight layover between flights. It is in a perfect location to walk around the Old Town. Many very good restaurants are within walking distance as well as the major train station (HB). It’s only ~ 20 min from the airport. Our only complaint is that our room didn’t have air conditioning and it was uncomfortable sleeping at night. Not sure if it’s the whole hotel without it but if you are traveling in the summer months, be prepared. We opened the window and that provided some relied. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was larger than expected. There is no closet if you are staying for awhile and want to unpack. The dining area looked lovely but we didn’t eat at the hotel.

Air conditioning in some rooms. The others are horribly hot. Door to bathroom broke and got glass on the floor, which they did a poor job of cleaning and I ended up stepping on glass. I booked a two-twin room and got a single bed. The cleaning crew threw out our leftover pizza and our toothpaste while we were out. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is good, but the property itself is not great.

We stayed for two nights at the hotel. It was very clean and the staff were friendly. The room was sufficient for our needs. Breakfast was very good as well. It was very hot at the time of our stay in Switzerland so with no air conditioning it was uncomfortable sleeping but that it typical.

Location was good, but the room did not have air-conditioning. All the rooms had air-conditioning except for the ones that hold three people. It was not clearly stated that there was no air conditioning so it was hot and humid in our room
