301호 받았습니다. 현실적인 평 말씀드립니다. 1. 냉장고가 없다. 2. 화장실, 샤워실이 매우 좁다. 3. 샤워 중 다른 객실에서 물을 쓰면 매우 뜨거운물이 나온다. 샤워실이 좁아서 피할 수 없다. 4. 안내데스크까지 계단으로 캐리어를 들고 올라가야 한다. 5. 안내데스크에서 체크인, 체크아웃, 직원 얘기하는 소리가 시끄럽게 들린다.(밤낮 시간) 6. 저녁에 조용해졌다 생각되면 세탁기가 돌아가는지 반복적인 기계 소음이 난다. 7. 301호는 엘리베이터 바로 옆이라 수시로 술취한 손님의 대화 소리와 엘리베이터 소음을 들어야 한다. 8. 바닥이 매우 끈적거린다. 거슬릴정도. 총평: 301호는 객실로 사용하면 안된다. 다음날 일정이 걱정되지 않는 사람이라면 묶어도 된다.

Zurich is an expensive city, so you don’t get as much there as you would in Germany. Our room had access to an outdoor patio, which improved the experience overall. Otherwise it was a pretty plain room and the bathroom was rather cramped

Great location

Reception on level 2 with stairway. We have heavy luggage thus quite tough to get up there. Staff friendly. As the hotel is surrounded by eateries, noise inevitable. Night was noisy by restaurants patrons, and transparent noises from hotel guests check in and out etc, thus could have a peaceful night of sleep. Only plus point is good location near train station.

Very clean and comfortable, great views and great customer service

It's not a hotel for long stays. The rooms are small and have only very basic amenities such as a bed, a small TV on the wall, a kettle, and a very small wardrobe. That's all. However, all the reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay of more than 1-3 nights. It is suitable for a short business trip, but nothing more.

This hotel is in the middle of lots of shopping and dining. It's a good, simple older hotel with a great staff and within easy walking distance from the train station and all the older parts of town

Otel yönetimi iyiydi fakat buzdolabımız bozuktu, soğuk bir şey alıp kullanamadık. Otelin yeri çok iyi. Odalar küçük. Ara sokağa bakan oda verildi. Her giriş çıkışta anahtar teslim ediliyor. Eski bir otel.

Grei og sentral hotel i Zürich. Litt dyrt for den type hotel. Vannet i dusjen kan bli fort veldig varmt og man kan brenne seg.

Hotel in an excellent location and amazingly friendly staff. Room was smaller than Expedia pictures but had a lovely view over a courtyard. Bathroom small and breakfast basic but adequate. Waterpressure in shower fluctuates affecting hot and cold water so maybe not ideal for kids. Despite a few flaws the hotel is very good value and had some very nice touches. Ideal location and super friendly staff make this hotel.

Hotel in zona centralissima, in pieno centro storico, molto bello e caratteristico. Certamente non moderno, ma sicuramente ambiente più familiare e accogliente. Personale alla reception sempre molto gentile e cordiale. Camere semplici, un po’ datate forse, ma confortevoli, con letto comodo. Bagno un po’ striminzito, più che altro lavandino piccolo piccolo e doccia ancora con la tenda.. bagno sicuramente migliorabile, con lavandino anche solo leggermente più grande e un box doccia e soffione nuovo. Colazione semplice, con soliti affettati e formaggi tipo tedesco, pane, burro e marmellata e qualche brioche di dolce. Non molta varietà, ma il pane con burro e marmellata (di ottima qualità) basta e avanza. Tutto sommato soggiorno buono ad un prezzo mediamente basso per Zurigo.

Great location to walk around the main sights of Zurich. Staff was great. Room had a great look of the church and square. Would stay again.

The staff at this property were great! Very accomodating and kind. I was able to get into my room after a 7 hour flight at 9 AM instead of waiting till 2 PM, which was a huge help. The room was cozy and exactly what I needed. Location is great, right in the middle of Old Town and near a ton of great dining options. The umbrellas in the lobby were a huge help when it poured my second day. I didn't eat in the hotel restaurant but I heard good things about it. Would def stay here again!
