3 min walk to the Furi lift, ski shop. 4 nice restaurants within 2-5 min walk. Very friendly and helpful staff. 15 min walk into town, or bus stop in front of the hotel (we always walked, which was lovely). Rooms were a good size. Bed was very comfy. Steam/sauna was very nice. Nice breakfast. And perfect view of the Matterhorn.

Great hotel. Nice views of the Matterhorn. Quiet and safe. The staff is helpful and very friendly. Breakfast is great too. The hotel is close to the gondola but a good 20 min walk to the town. There is a convenient bus that takes you to the town for free but only until 8pm. Zermatt is very safe and easy to walk around. We went with our parents and kids and had a great time. Hope to come back soon.

It was perfect, I felt comfortable and relaxed like at home. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast area has a beautiful view to the Matterhorn. There is also a sauna and a steam sauna available, which is nice to use, especially in this cold weather.
Also the room and the hotel were very clean.
The only thing that I missed was a kettle in the room for coffee and tea.

It was perfect, I felt comfortable and relaxed like at home. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast area has a beautiful view to the Matterhorn. There is also a sauna and a steam sauna available, which is nice to use, especially in this cold weather.

Nice accommodation in a great location, stunning view on Matterhorn from the room (upper floor with balcony) !
On a last minute booking, no issues arranging a (really) late check-in over the phone. And encountering snacks & beverages in self-service was a treat 😋

A great location in Zermatt away from the commercial area. Also a great view of the Matterhorn! Getting a room with a mountain view is definitely worth it! We had a wonderful stay and hated to leave. Breakfast was included and was excellent !

We had a great time in this hotel. The staff in the reception is very nice and accommodating, breakfast selections are all good. The best part is the view of the Matterhorn in the balcony of our room and in the dining area. Overall, we had a great stay.

Amazing views, hotel is away from the main street and the crowds, which was exactly what we were looking for! The room on the top floor had unbeatable view of the Matterhorn. The cereal bowls and lot of cutlery is dirty and unwashed. The fire alarm kept ringing at night for all the customers and couldn’t sleep. The room is very small and bathrooms are tiny, especially the shower.

Zermatt has traffic down here and there in Jun. due to flood, there’s still some impact there, like the nearest bus stops. But staff there is very friendly and helpful, we could have convenient stay. The hotel is small, everything is well equipped. And The view and atmosphere are very nice.

This place was absolutely perfect! Assuming you’ll be arriving at the train station, the bus to bring you to Mountain Paradise is super easy to find - the stop is right across the street. The room that we had was perfection. It was exactly what I imagined for a vacation in Switzerland. The staff was kind and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

O hotel é incrivel e a vista é maravilhosa. Só vale o ponto de atenção que fica longe da ferroviaria e que o onibus só passa ate as 19h. Então quem chega depois desse horario tem q pegar um taxi ou ir a pé (tem uma bela subidinha).

Weather was blizzard and snow so we missed our view of the Matterhorn. Luckily the hotel was cozy and very nice to stay in and keep warm with gorgeous views of the gondola going by.
