별 세개짜리라 별 기대안했는데 너무 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절했습니다. 스위스 물가를 생각하면 이 가격에 이정도 호텔 구하기 쉽지 않습니다. 대만적입니다.

Chambre très bien, personnel au top

Room was spacious and clean. Front desk crew so helpful as our luggage was delayed and arrived next day. Hotel delivered to our door and allowed a delayed checkout so we could get a shower and change of clothes in before departing! Also the adjoining restaurant was wonderful. Very festive decorations there and delicious food!

We had just finished up a river cruise and, since we had never been to Basel, we decided to spend a few days there. I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews and Hotel Restaurant Resslirytti seemed like a great choice. Boy, do I love it when I'm right. The gentleman working the front desk ( Unfortunately I lost his name ) was beyond helpful. Before we even went to our room, he spread out a map and circled points of interest, tram and bus stops and good local restaurants. The room itself was very clean, modern and well supplied with everything you might need. The location is great too. You walk across the street and take the #2 tram that goes over the bridge right into historical Basel. Going back is just as easy. A transit pass is provided for each guest that's good for the length of your stay, although no one ever asked to see it. If you miss one tram, don't worry, another one will show up in a few minutes! The Italian restaurant, not affiliated with the hotel, is very good. I highly recommend the pizza. They use a brick oven that's wood fired. You can enter the restaurant just before the hotel lobby. I would absolutely stay at the Hotel Restaurant Resslirytti if we ever visit Basel again!

Economic room with the basic necessities. Older facility but everything worked and was clean. WiFi was weak. The restaurant was very full but I did not have a chance to dine. Walkable location that is also very close to transport.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Amenities in the room were great and I very much appreciated the body lotion, what many hotels unfortunately do not provide anymore. The room was clean, the bed good.

GUT ALS ÜBERNACHTUNG IN DER NÄHE DES KONGRSSCENTRUM

Good hotel located very close to everything. Big room, comfy bed with clean linens. The pillows weren't good enough for me. No possibility for breakfast, but they offer one croissant and coffee per person. There is a pizzeria in the same building. Wi-Fi has problems. The carpet in the room I've had needs to be changed. One person at reception informed me that the both the carpet on the entire hotel will be changed and the Wi-Fi will be fixed because they are aware of these problems. Overall, a good hotel. I will book again.

The room was good size and Chris in reception was excellent.

Excellent location, clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and room was much larger than we anticipated. Bettina checked us in and she was delightful. We left luggage at desk a few hours before check-in, and it was taken to our rooms before we returned. The hot beverages and croissants were also a pleasant surprise.

Mein (Budget-)Einzelzimmer war zwar recht klein. Winzig, um genau zu sein. Aber trotzdem habe ich mich hier sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Empfang war bereits mega freundlich. Spontan wurde mir mit einem Stromadapter ausgeholfen. Kaffee, Obst und Croissants gibt es gratis in der Lobby. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls großartig. 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis in die Altstadt. Perfekt! Jederzeit wieder!
