ibis Styles Basel City

Walking distance from the central station. Parking was convenient. Room was clean and maintained daily without any issue. Lounge area has relaxed feeling and quite comfortable.

호텔 자체는 나쁘지 않지만..주변에 아무것도 없어서 슈퍼가는데도 십몇분 걸리고 역으로 바로 가는 대중교통도 없어서 이동하기가 좀불편해요

Reception very friendly. Room AC capped to 23°C which was slightly too warm, but apparently common for this chain of hotels. I personally like the room cooler, so this would prevent me rebooking. It was much cooler outside, so the ability to open a window would have circumnavigated this. Breakfast that was included was ok - pretty standard for a chain hotel buffet.

Ruhige Umgebung, jedoch sehr zentral und alles gut erreichbar. Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend, Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer sauber. Also alles top!

Really good location for the football, a little bit out of the centre of Basel but easy enough to get in on the tram (which is free with the Basel card that the hotel gives you). Room was nice enough and clean. We did have an issue at check-in where another guest had been booked in under our reservation, but the front of desk staff quickly resolved the issue and gave us a free drink for the trouble - would stay again if in Basel.

Clean and comfortable rooms

On arrival, we were early but our room was ready. The receptionist was really friendly and informative surrounding the hotel and the local area. The room was nice and big, with two separate beds and a separate bathroom. It was quiet. The only thing I would have liked would have been a kettle in the room but there was free tea and coffee in the reception but not for first thing in the morning. And a fridge would have been nice but I am being picky now because its so good. The bar was really nice to have a drink in at the end of the night. They let us borrow an umbrella to go out in during the day. Like I said, very accommodating and really friendly. Great stay. Should have stayed here the other two nights we were in Basel!!

Ottimo hotel. Camera pulia e spaziosa.cokazione con buona scelta sia di salato che dolce.in poco piu di 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro e la stazione dei treni.

Very clean but room is smaller than I thought, the breakfast buffet offers lots of variety and the freshness is great. The AC is not strong and it can only stays at 23 Celsius.

Quick and easy check-in. Property is very clean and well maintained.

The middle section of sofa bed slopes downward, hard to sleep. Not recommended to book a family room for 4.

Rolig og behagelig hotell. Om du skal på event i st.olavshalle så er dette et bra hotell å bo på. Sentralt, to trikke stopp til byen og en god gåtur til hallen.

Not what i was expecting. Rooms could bee beter kept. No amenities and no room service.

Clean, modern room and the hotel was really quiet at night. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only negative was the shower gel was running very low and not filled up and only two hangers in the wardrobe which was not enough for our five night stay. Location was ok, not many eating places next to the hotel but only a short walk to the train station where there were great transport links and places to eat. Around 15 minutes to walk to the centre of Basel but there was also a tram stop near the hotel. The hotel gives you a free travel card to use on the public transport around Basel which was great.
