Very beautiful hotel!

Wunderbares Hotel, sehr schöne Bettwäsche, nettes Personal.

Um hotel com muito conforto. O atendimento dos funcionários excelente. Café da manhã com bastante alternativas para beber e comer.

Det er et fantastisk sted, og kun blevet bedre siden mit sidste besøg, her kunne alle andre nok lære lidt om service, og renlighed, personalet er top motiveret og meget service minded alt er rent, og så en meget hyggelig og stilfuld indretning hvor man føler sig hjemme

The La Couronne is in a great location in the middle of the main part of Solothurn, close to shops and local amenities (unfortunately, most of which are closed due to Covid). Car parking is at an off-site local car park just a few minutes walk from the hotel but is expensive. We paid over CHF 43 for around 36 hours. The hotel reception communal areas and restaurant are clean and the decor is well kept (the restaurant is only open during the morning for guest breakfasts due to Covid). Our room was spacious enough and there was plenty of storage for luggage and personal items. The room was clean but lacked a few finishing touches: * the floor is terribly noisy due to parquet type flooring not being installed correctly. This seems to be an issue in other rooms too as we could hear the people walking around in the room above us. * the mattress is rather soft * pillows are flat * noise from delivery trucks, first thing in the morning, disturbed our sleep. The team at La Couronne were excellent although one small issue at the end of our stay was disappointing; we were charged by the hotel for our stay despite having already paid for our stay when we booked through Hotels.com. We are also charged more than the price of our stay but this was immediately refunded to our card. We wait to see if we receive this refund in a timely manner but overall we liked the service here.
