Very nice lake view. Wish to stay here when we have another chance to visit Geneva.

Hotel looks fine at the first with well trained staffs, but it will turn terrible once you enter your room. I booked for a deluxe double room with lake view. The view was just like it was described in the hotels.com. but the problem was that the room was too cold, and heating system was controlled by the hotel. It was 19 - 20 celcius degree in the room, and I couldn't sleep. I covered myself with a blanket but couldn't keep out the cold. I wouldn't stay at this hotel next time for sure.

제네바 외곽이지만 역에서 가깝고, 호숫가 경치가 일품이었으며, 신축호텔로 깨끗하고 좋았습니다.

Good point. 1. Lake Geneva Hotel seems newly built. 2. I can see the lake at the room Bad point. 1. Very poor at the customer service, They randomly skip the cleaning service, and staff do nothing about their fault. I strongly recommend you to use other hotel, if you get used to stay at international chain hotel such as IHG, accor, etc. 2. Traveing to geneva is very hard, there is just 2 train for a hour during the daytime, and no train during the nighttime. In this case, you need to get to the cornavin station and need to take bus (number V), it will take about 60minutes to the hotel.

Gorgeous view out of the Lakeview room, lots of bugs outside of the windows, however so you cannot open the windows as there are no bug screens. Breakfast ends at 9:30 AM just FYI, but it is very good. Staff is friendly. Beer is cheap and again the views are absolutely breathtaking and away from the main city so it is quiet. Train station is right behind the hotel very convenient to get around.

It is our second time staying at Hotel Lake Geneva and we have enjoyed the location and the beautiful view of Lac Leman. The staff is friendly and responsible. Our room was large, very functional and it would have been nice to have an extra armchair and a mini fridge.

Great hotel, lake view is spectacular! Rooms are spacious, clean and even though you can’t change the temp with eco laws, it was incredibly comfortable and cool even during a heatwave weekend trip. Not too far from the centre and really accessible by car as well as public transport. Would come to this hotel again and highly recommend it!

On checking my account after staying, I noticed the hotel had charged me 200chf for ‘smoking in the room’ - I am a lifelong non-smoker. This is fraud.

The worst possible. I was visiting the city and I booked the room based on my location. my GPS was off, contacted them immediately to say that I made a mistake and they literally said they will not refund my money. They said that they would contact the manager and hours later they came back saying that was not refundable. Money literally stolen from me.

Staff friendly at reception. Just some feedback really- Need more vegetarian and vegan options at the restaurant. The walls in the hotel room had dead fly marks. The bedding looked stained. The light switch controls the fan as there was no AC- so if you need the portable fan at night the lights will come on. Needs to have an option of a kettle in the room and tea bags not just coffee pods. In the shower there is only 1 wash- which is used for shampoo, body and face wash. There is an awful lot of noise in the mornings when you are trying to sleep- seemed to be banging on the wooden floors- unsure whether it was the cleaners sweeping so early in the day- they need to be quieter especially when you have a do not disturb sign on the door.
