Handy location, super clean, beautiful bar and reception but the bed felt like concrete (room 395) and my friends said that their beds were hard too. This was the only downside (but an important one).

As instalações do hotel são muito boas, equipe boa, recebemos upgrade no quarto, que por sinal é bem espaçoso e aconchegante, a roupa de cama é ótima mas não tem frigobar e o banheiro é pequeno.
Localização boa, 10 min a pé da Bahnho, principal rua da cidade.
Não tem amenities e água/café cortesia como estamos acostumados a ver pelos hotéis do mesmo nível.

호텔은 취리히라는 도시를 고려하면 전반적으로 괜찮았습니다.
1층 프론트, 로비, 바 등은 나름 괜찮았습니다.
호텔 건물 구조가 ㄷ자 모양인데 건물 안쪽 그라운드층에는 야외 테이블과 정원이 꾸며져 있습니다.
객실은 건물구조상 정원안쪽을 바로보는 객실은 창문커튼을 열어놓기가 어렵습니다. (가까이에 상대 객실창을 마주보는 구조)
조식에 대하여는 일반적으로 만족도가 높지는 않습니다.

Staff was nice and welcoming. Location super for our stay - public transport or walking distance. One tiny thing: room does not have a desk. No place to work on laptop exept sitting on bed.

Very good location, walkable to Bahnhofstrasse. Staff was friendly and helpful. A large sitting area on main floor. Overall we were impressed with its value, considering Zurich’s general price level.
