Hotel conveniently located with nearby trams and restaurants. Breakfast was good. TV has YouTube. Body lotion was missing or not available.

Very cool ambiance, modern, clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, underground car park – but slightly further out from the centre, although public transport is easily accessible. Would recommend.

It would be good to have a fridge to have some cold water in summer. Also washroom solutions are not filled.ac unit was there. But didn't feel the cold even though put the negat extreme

Everything was great. The hotel was beautiful, the staff was awesome, it's a great location. However, there is no AC and no fan in the rooms and it was VERY hot. Also, the breakfast buffet was 25 CHF per person and it wasn't really worth it.

Great hotel, nice amenities and good location. Good food options nearby for all budgets. Close to public transport.

I stayed in an adjoining room in the hotel for 4 nights with family. The hotel was clean and the hot & cold provisions for breakfast were sufficient. There is a tram stop a few feet outside the hotel, which made movement within the city very easy. The staff was excellent, with a special mention going to Alejandro Serrano who was super helpful to me and my family from the time I made my booking, during the stay and during the check-out. I would highly recommend this hotel.

部屋に冷蔵庫がないのは少し不便でしたが、ケトルや電子レンジ、食器類はフロントの近くにあるものを自由に使わせてもらえました。 お部屋はとても清潔で快適でした！スタッフの皆様の対応も大変親切でした。

It was a god place to stay for two nights. Clean and confi room for two people (separate beds) A bit long to walk to to Zurich center. But good Uber service.

Sauberes Zimmer, gute Lage, freundliches Personal. Das Essen im Restaurant war enttäuschend, weil nur aufgewärmt, nicht frisch gekocht.

No complimentary items no eg mini fridge no water no kettle. Mattress and pillows uncomfortable. Maids did not clean room 2 days

Bathroom smelt of urine and drains, the room AC was ineffective and it wasn’t even hot. No room service, bar inefficient.

Very good breakfast with a good range of food. The room was clean and liked the balcony. Staff were fine.Also the lifts were good.

The staff at reception and the bar were excellent - very professional, polite and helpful. The breakfast was seriously disappointing and I would not pre-pay for it again. We were there for 4 breakfasts and mostly there 30 to 60 mins before the closing of the service, but we felt there was mainly scraps left to pick over. On Saturday 18 April, the food that should be hot was cold (because 2 of the "hot plates" were switched off) there weren't any eggs, beans, bread for toast or pancakes, all of the marmalade and jam jars were vitually empty. When I complained to the breakfast lady, her answer was that she was working alone (implying she was doing her best in a difficult situation). She then brought out some fried eggs from the back which had been cooked in advance and were also cold (and didn't switch on the hot plate, but it was too late anyway).
