직원들도 매우 친절하고 어매니티나 무료음등 디텔일이 매우 좋앟습닏다.조식도 간소하지만 맛있어요.

역에서 거리가 좀 있지만 그리 멀지 않았고 깨끗하게 잘 정리되어서 좋았습니다. 직원들이 특히 친절한것이 제일 좋았습니다. 도착하자마자 환영의 주스 라고 마셔 보라고 권해줬고요! 체크아웃시에도 물 한병도 주더라구요!아침도 괜찮은 편이고요

주변 상권과의 접근도가 아주 좋음. 빈터투어 기차역과의 거리도 걸어서 5~10분정도로 이동 가능. 직원들이 아주 친절하고 조식 품질 수준도 양호함.

Breakfast was excellent with good spread and efficient service

The hotel is centrally located near the town hall and shopping street, yet my room was quiet and had a nice view. The bed was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. I also appreciated the complimentary water and soft drinks. I chose this hotel based on the many positive reviews, but the overall experience fell short of expectations. The room was very small and quite dated: worn carpets with a tricky entry step, chipped furniture, and a crookedly mounted TV. There was no proper desk—just a kind of ventilation unit without space for a chair—making it difficult to work on my laptop. Amenities were minimal: no slippers, shower cap, laundry bag, or in-room coffee/tea facilities, not much really. Breakfast was also a bit of a letdown, despite looking forward to it on a free Saturday morning. I was initially asked to sit at the bar due to "the presence of groups", and was eventually moved to the lobby. There was a bread shortage that took over 20 minutes to be refilled, and coffee was not offered again unless requested. I booked a standard single room and declined a paid upgrade. Yet, I paid nearly €150 per night. I’ve stayed in expensive cities for less, with far better value. For a 4-star hotel, you expect consistent quality, even in the standard categories. Nor should individual guests be treated secondary to groups. The hotel served its basic purpose, to spend the night, but the overall experience felt more like a budget stay than a treat.

Gemuetliche Atmosphaere, schoener Park. Leider ist da Personal beim Fruehstück eher unaufmerksam, wenn man Hagebuttentee bestellt, heisst es nur ja nud man spuert schon die Unaufmerksamkeit und das Nichtzuhoeren wollen. Es wurde mir dann schwarzer Tee geliefert. Auch finde ich es befremdlich, dass jeder - auch Einzelresisende - gefragt wird ob er zu zweit sei oder zu dritt. Fragt doch einfach fuer wieviele Personen man einen Tisch moechte, das waere die neutralste Variante zu fragen. Ich finde es bloed mich als Einzelreisender fast rechtfertigen zu muessen. Auch sind kaum schoene Fensterplaetze fuer Einzelreisende vorgesehen, obwohl das Restaurant leer war, wurde mir ein Tisch weit eg vom Fenster zugewiesen. Musik im Fruehstuecksaal ist auch schrecklich und vor allem zu laut. Mir hat es diesmal ehrlichgesagt nicht gefallen. Ich fuehlte mich als Gast nicht willkommen sondern einfach abgefertigt. Haette ich so nicht erwartet bei dem Preis.

Personalen var otroligt serviceminded och rummen var rena. Hotellet ligger riktigt bra till också.

Great hotel. Modern facilities, good location, friendly staff and very good breakfast. I’d definitely stay here again.

The staff was wonderful helped with everything within minutes! The hotel is super clean and you can tell that the staff enjoys being there! The proximity to the train station was wonderful and having electric bikes to ride around was also excellent! The breakfast was the best! I would come back and say again!

The service was five star! Great staff and great breakfast, location is a bonus! Less expensive to stay here than Zürich for the same type of family rooms! Also love the town next to the hotel! We enjoyed riding their electric bikes for free! A fantastic place to stay!
