Very conveniently located near the airport. Though it is a little far from the City center, tram stations are very close. Nearby dining options are limited.
Staff was friendly and efficient. Rooms are nice. Our room had cooking appliance although we did not use them.

Receptionists are nice, accommodating and will guide you with whereabouts around the area. The garden from my porch needs maintenance to enjoy the porch. The garbages in my room need liners so I can use them, or they except the clients to line these garbage cans? Just asking. My sink was a bit clogged, drains so slow. Maybe that’s how it is for one night accommodation???

Alles ok. Ich war zum 2ten mal da, diesmal habe ich kein Frühstück gebucht. Ich finde das Buffet ist die 29 chf nicht Wert, das sollte verbessert werden.

Good: Beautiful rooms, good location near public transport and a grocery store, comfortable bed, amazing shower, free room upgrade for our honeymoon, nice restaurant downstairs.
Bad: Air conditioning did not work. We alerted the staff to the problem after our first night but they did not get around to fixing it until just before checkout the next morning. No change of rooms was offered to fix this problem. Even with the window open we were very very hot and had trouble sleeping because of it. The rooftop patio was closed for construction and the wifi did not work the second night. We were very disappointed because the rooftop patio and the air conditioning are the reasons we chose to stay here.

Very impersonal, no one spoke to us when we arrived, No direction to our room. Room is very minimalist. Feels like a cheap college dorm.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel in Zurich and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with any request. My room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, making it a very comfortable place to relax after a long day. I especially appreciated the absolute quiet—there was no noise at all, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, with a fantastic shower. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

Pior experiência da viagem.
Quarto com paredes sujas, teto sem forro, não há arrumação diária, café da manhã tumultuado.
Não obstante ter sido informada a disponibilidade de itens sem glúten por meio deste site, tal promessa não foi cumprida de forma integral durante a estadia.
O mais grave foi o não oferecimento do café da manhã antecipado como ajustado previamente com os funcionários da recepção. Acordamos 3 horas da manhã e fomos surpreendidos pela recusa de um outro funcionário. Uma desorganização sem precedentes.
Em suma, o hotel é incompatível com a marca da rede. Não recomendo!!!!

Some staff was good, since our fridge does not work ha puts my package to staff fridge, but later of the day front lady refused to it and told me to put in the common area which was easy reachable by anyone. The room was good, particular mattress. Close to tram station !
