직원들은 친절하지만 숙소가 금액에 비해 아쉬웠어요 방이 작고 차다니는 소리때매 시그럽고 창문은 열리지않았어요

너무 작은룸 냉장고 없음 디자인은 괜츈 위치 좋음 친절도 쏘쏘 다시 가고싶지는 않음

기본룸 좁지만 깔끔해요! 전기포트 없는게 불편하긴한데 중앙역이랑 중심지랑 너무 가까운 위치가 깡패에요 신행으로는 비추 1-2 일짧개 머물기 짱!! 방은 좁으니 2인이면 좀 넓은방으로 추천해요 직원들은 친절하고 생각보다 규모크고 근처 큰 쿱스랑 5분컷입니다

It is just okay not bad not good

Perfect location for our trip. Very close to the train and walkable area for sightseeing, shopping and dining. This was such a nice comfortable stay. Loved the movie theater. Cocktail lounge was fun and interesting. Small but functional room. Quiet for being in the city.

Lo bueno del hotel, su ubicación. Lo malo, en la habitación no hay espacios para guardar la ropa son demasiado pequeñas las habitaciones (inclusive siendo solo dos personas). Un día los camaristas no sacaron la basura de los botes de basura, lo que no puede suceder. Las habitaciones no tienen teléfono por si quisieras llamar para pedir toallas extras o algo similar. Hay personal que no sabe las tarifas internas, por ejemplo las de desayuno (que si lo compras con una noche de anticipación tiene un mejor costo), eso es inaceptable siendo un supervisor del propio hotel quien no quiso hacer el esfuerzo por practicar esa política. Su desayuno, es bueno.

Air conditioning barely kept the room cool on a mild day. I wouldn't want to be in it on a hot day.Room windows did open to let in a cool breeze at night.

Centrally located, near the airport and train station. Minutes from old town, restaurants and mayor shopping street.

This is great and modern hotel in the best location in Zurich.

Expedia markets this hotel as 4-star. It’s indeed a “0” star hotel. It has no support staff, no phones and no one to call when you need help. The only “live” person is someone at a check-in counter at the bar. Before we went to bed, we needed help with the AC controller. I tried to no avail to call the listed number, but no one picks up that phone. Instead, I had to get dressed, walk down to the bar, where I was met by a defensive hotel employee who declared that this is a “0” start hotel and that there is no support staff or no one to call… and added it’s not the hotel’s fault that Expedia promotes it as 4-star. She did eventually come up to our room and help With the AC. In general, the hotel and rooms are nice, but the rate is pricey for a no staff hotel. (I did not even know that exists). And shame on Expedia for misleading marketing.

This hotel made the very odd decision to not have phones in the rooms, and to not even have a single one on each floor, by the elevator for example. The guest must therefore go down to the lobby for any request or question. I had to take the elevator down in my pajamas at one in the morning to ask how to turn the overhead lights off so we could sleep. This would seem like an obvious thing to figure out. It wasn't, as even the desk manager acknowledged as he rode up the elevator with me. He was perplexed why other guests had had the same question. I mentioned how odd and inconvenient it was that the hotel didn't have a phone in the room so I could have simply called down. He responded that it was a "concept" of the hotel to not disturb guests, and that most guests appreciated this. When was the last time a hotel phone rang at an inopportune time and bothered you? My answer is never. How's this for a "concept:" put your guests' safety and convenience first. And label your light switches if they're not intuitive. The manager pointed to four of them I asked about and said, "oh ignore those. They don't do anything." Note that the hotel has only queen beds which can't be separated. If someone needs their own bed this is not the hotel for you. The room was very clean, nicely decorated, and was recently updated. Breakfast was very good, and coffee drinks were made fresh at the bar for each person. Hotel is centrally located and it's an easy walk to sight-see.

Great location and super nice

Ruby Mimi is really well situated in the main shopping area and a short walk from the main strain station. There is an excellent restaurant in same building as the hotel and guests get a 10% Discount. Breakfast was good although not included in our stay - 30 Swiss Frances per person.

There is air conditioning but does not cool the room enough and no ice machine. The room was cleaned daily which is really good. If needing to check-in early, hotel needs to be informed in advance; otherwise, hotel will not accommodate the request per my experience.

The property was an old cinema before becoming a hotel. It is very quirky and the cinema room on floor 1 for guests is a nice incentive. Overall the position of the hotel is excellent right in the centre of Zurich. Shops restaurants Old Town are all 5 mins away. The only negative of the hotel is the breakfast they need to change the menu daily as the same offering is served everyday which can become boring to eat.

Ruby Mimi was a perfect hotel for us. We were able to stay right next to the train station and easy walking around. The hotel was clean, with lots of amenities. I would recommend this property and would be happy to stay here again.

Location is amazing! Two blocks from train station. Rooms are smaller but efficient.

The staff were very nice, rooms are super small. No refrigerator in the room. However the location was ideal
