직원들은 친절하지만 숙소가 금액에 비해 아쉬웠어요 방이 작고 차다니는 소리때매 시그럽고 창문은 열리지않았어요

너무 작은룸 냉장고 없음 디자인은 괜츈 위치 좋음 친절도 쏘쏘 다시 가고싶지는 않음

기본룸 좁지만 깔끔해요! 전기포트 없는게 불편하긴한데 중앙역이랑 중심지랑 너무 가까운 위치가 깡패에요 신행으로는 비추 1-2 일짧개 머물기 짱!! 방은 좁으니 2인이면 좀 넓은방으로 추천해요 직원들은 친절하고 생각보다 규모크고 근처 큰 쿱스랑 5분컷입니다

Super well located hotel with a practical and clean room.

We booked the room through Expedia several months in advance and while we understood that the price of the room was a non refundable one, when we asked if we could cancel the room as our plans were changing we were told by Expedia that it was up to the hotel and the hotel told us it was up to Expedia. Ultimately we accepted that the room rate was not refundable but greater transparency and clarity would have been appreciated. We also came to find out that the hotel was totally booked, suggesting that they would have been able to have another guest book our room if needed. The check in process was also laborious as the same people who manage the restaurant handle the check in. The staff themselves were helpful but the process should be looked at, particularly when the hotel is so busy. The location of the hotel was good and the rooms clean.

We love how central this hotel is to the train station and to old town and restaurants. For the price, convenience of location, and ease of access this is always our first choice when we are in and out of Zurich for our short stays.

Loved this hotel. The spa was quiet and wonderful , the staff was exceptional and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we have ever had. Really. Stellar. Couldn’t believe it. The rooms were new and clean and nice. Many saunas and plunges and we tried the flotation tank. The only thing we would change is the fact that the workout room and spa don’t open until 10am. I really do t get an excercise room not being available early morning. We came to enjoy the mountains and the lake so we don’t want to work out in the middle of the day. Please open the excercise room at 7. We didn’t get to use it at all and it is gorgeous. A shame.

Room was spacious and well maintained except for AC which didn’t seem to cool the room much. Staff was courteous and breakfast had variety options. It’s an excellent location as it’s close to main train station, restaurants and shops.

Gracias, pero quiero que más que todo fue su personal. La amabilidad que no son éticamente amables cuando uno llega la manera de hablar el trato creo que tuve un mal día, pero no creo que tenga la culpando demás clientes que vamos llegando al hotel parque a veces tengan un tono fuerte o de amabilidad muy fría, atender a uno como persona en su llegada al hotel pero bueno entiendo que no todo el día son buenos y son perfectos. Espero que ellos chicos tengan en el futuro unos días más buenos para que sean amables con su gente y sus clientes. Que tengan buen día. ☀️

Muy buena ubicación

I had paid extra for a Cosy room because of the comfortable chairs and additional space on the pictures. The actual room looked more like their smallest room. When I checked with the receptionist, she confirmed that ours was a Cosy room. If that was indeed the case, I would not have paid extra for it. I complained to Expedia afterwards which handled it well. The location is good and breakfast nice.

The hotel is in a great location and very clean. Staff were very helpful in arranging a late check out ( when our flight home was delayed by more than five hours) at a cost of 70CHF. We got a free upgrade on check in which was lovely. Our room was very compact but with a comfy queen size bed. The shower is glass to the bedroom area ( with privacy curtains if wanted) and accessed via a very small toilet area with the wash hand basin located outside the toilet area in the main room walkway. The shower leaked into the toilet area ( under the door) when used and we had to mop this up with hand towels which was a nuisance . I didn’t really like the set up fir the toilet/ sink / shower snd would have preferred a more traditional bathroom layout .

The hotel was very nice, the staff were super. The air conditioning was a bit anemic. The location is awesome. We would book again.

Building and room was very nice, well equipped. Self serve check in was a little awkward but not a huge issue. Unless I missed it, it would be nice to be able to have that info needed provided ahead of time to save time. Overall a great hotel.

Hotel was in a great location right next to the train station and shopping. Clean and movie theater was cool

Hotel excelente, quartos renovados, equipe muito atenciosa, localização privilegiada, próximo de mercados e diversos restaurantes, e o principal, a poucas quadras da estação de trem, o que facilita demais a locomoção

Perfect location for our trip. Very close to the train and walkable area for sightseeing, shopping and dining. This was such a nice comfortable stay. Loved the movie theater. Cocktail lounge was fun and interesting. Small but functional room. Quiet for being in the city.
