We had a wonderful time here. The staff went above and beyond. They were all very friendly. The breakfast was great. There is a path right behind the Inn that goes to the mountain. A short walk away. The train station is right across the street, however we never heard anything. We can’t say enough good things about this place, its staff, and its location.

Hotel is right next to the train station and centrally located between town and the Titlis lift. The included breakfast was a great value add. Nice variety. Dinner was good and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly. Room was appropriate and the bed was very comfortable. We would stay there again.

Everything about this place was great. The location was within walking distance of the train station and the Titlis cable car. The room was clean. The views were unmatched. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

El hotel no es de gran lujo, pero cumple con lo necesario para su cometido, limpieza y muy buen trato, con un buen desayuno para lo que es suiza. El trato inmejorable y una relacion calidad precio inmejorable para suiza.

Very small room , no space for suitcases. I am 5 feet 6 inch skinny person . I was cramped in shower . Not sure how anyone with little more height and width can fit in shower. Breakfast was ok. Nobody bother to even greet us . Only reception girl was nice . She said she was American . Not sure Swiss people are racist or rude , zero customer service. Location was pretty close to train station which was good. No elevator so be prepared to haul your luggage up the stairs

Amazingly cute hotel in Engelberg. Fantastic location 50 m from the train station, ample parking for guests cars, convenient walk distance from ski lifts. The views are great, rooms very well designed with great smart solutions. Staff is really great and friendly, and they to the extra mile for their guests.

Petit hôtel de charme à la décoration British style. À deux pas de la gare. Accueil très sympa, mais chambre sans aucune vue car bouchée par le bâtiment voisin.
Chambre sentant le renfermé, pas de clim.
Petit déjeuner assez succinct, pas beaucoup de choix.

Frokosten alene er grunn til å dra. Da jeg var sliten etter skikjøring hele dagen, var det noe høyt støynivå fra baren under. Men kan ikke klage stort, hadde ett fantastisk opphold.

Bra service, trevlig personal, härlig miljö i lobby restaurang som för övrigt serverar en grymt frukost.
Rummet en katastrof, boka inte rum med våningssäng. Trångt, 20 år gammal heltäckningsmatta med fläckar, inga lampor vid sängarna, iskallt golv i Wc/duschen som blir helt blött efter dusch.
Sån tur var så var personalen väldigt trevliga.

Receptionist Grazia was amazing, welcoming us and providing us with good hiking suggestions. The room was very, very tiny though and we were just happy we weren't there much and that we did not have all our mountain sports gear with us. Price/value ratio very disappointing in that sense. The condition of the room, shower, building etc is not very good, needs some upkeep, renovation. Breakfast was good and location next to station and close to city center was also good.
