가격대비 최고였어요! 취리히 중앙역에서 역으로 1~2개 떨어져있어서 중심부에 접근성이 살짝 떨어지는 것만 제외하고는 모든 것이 대만족이었어요. 도착하자마자 프론트가 없어서 당황했지만 전화해서 체크인에 대해 물어보니 직원분이 친절하게 알려줘서 바로 들어갔어요. 방이 넓직, 침대는 3개인데 모두 더블베드, 깔끔한 주방에 식탁까지, 화장실도 깨끗해서 정말 만족했어요. 하룻밤을 너무 편하게 잘 보냈어요. 다음에도 또 묵고싶은 곳! 좋아요!!

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen, gebrauchten Rasierer, Creme vorgefunden, dreckiges Geschirr, Haare im Bad, abgerissene Rollladenriemen.....

Automated communication and check in worked fine. Located right at Oerlikon station, convenient walking distance to the fair (Halle 550). Kitchenette is a plus. Bathroom and kitchen was clean. Iron and hair dryer included. For Zürich measures price was ok. But thats about all positive features that I can find. Furniture is simple and worn off (see photos). The fake leather of the couch stuck to my body after getting up. Very hot in summer, noise of the station starting at 5pm was perceived incredibly loud in the apartment (literally like the train would be crossing the flat). Building kind of dodgy (but friendly) as well, resident neighbour doors open and chatting across the hallway. This place has no intention to provide a pleasant stay, but just tp provide a bed in a traffic wise good location. Ok for a night if you have to go to Halle 550, but dont expect much.

We needed an inexpensive spot for a spontaneous change of plans and found this apartment. It has a small kitchen which we didn’t utilize, and a small sun room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was adequately stocked with shampoo and towels. There is no A/C if that matters. FYI: The room key also unlocks the entrance door.

Location was good but the condition of the stay is poor. The shower head was blocked so there was zero pressure , made it impossible to shower properly. The worst thing was the duvet. It was a single duvet but placed horizontal on the bed so it covered the bed (almost) side to side , obviously it wasn’t a double duvet. Thankfully two of us were only there to sleep a few hours since the flight was early in the morning . But the lack of a proper double duvet is really ridiculous, especially when booking we said 2 occupants !

Sauberkeit war ein wenig Problematik, Autopark war Problematik, es gibt kaum Platz für Autoparken. Privat ist ziemlich teuer.

Das Jotel ist eine etwas unkontrollierte , zum Teil sehr schmutzige Wohnblock!! Das Appartment 42 ist nicht! angeschrieben! Das Zürschloss ist verdreht jnd schlecht zu öffnen!! Habe es und wird aufs Geratewohl gefunden. Im Apparment ist es ordentlich. Aber wenn das Appartment für Einzeltage oder auch nur für eine Nacht vermietet wird, muss in der heutigen Zeit der Fernsehanschluss aufgeschaltet sein!! Der Preis ist absulut zu hoch für all diese Unannehmlichkeiten!

Good place to stay, only inconvenient there was no light in the restroom haha but everything else was good

The accommodation had a bad smell. It smelled of stale smoke and food. Even after airing it out for a while, it didn't get any better. In addition, the neighbors were very loud at night. The hygiene and general condition of the apartment left a lot to be desired.

Overall the service apartment was good.However tv wasnt working and the microwave buttons were also faulty.

Einfach, schnell und unkompliziert...kein haarföhn, keine Nachttischlampe, sehr schlechtes Bett (durchgelegen, geräuschvoll)

It's too hot! Should provide two more fans. Everything else is pretty good.

This property was well served by the No 11 tram into the city and there are many shops and restaurants nearby in the Zuri 11district. The property is clean and the bedding was fresh. However if you wanted to cook a one pot meal that was fine as there was only one cooking pot, if you wanted tea and toast in the morning you could have the toast as there was a toaster but no kettle meant no tea and while all the beds had table lamps at the bedside not all of them had wall sockets so could not be switch on. It was ok as a place to sleep but eat out.

Da wir unseren Hund dabei hatten war die Unterkunft für uns ok. Allerdings ließen Zustand und Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig. Letzte Renovierung liegt wohl schon etwas zurück.

der einzige minuspunkt war der fehlende haarföhn ansonsten super!

A little dated establishment without any services at all. But that was also very clear when booking. Close to public transportation, situated only 5 min from the airport by train. Beds were simple, but clean.

我們有4個人，租這家附有廚具的飯店兩晚。我們準備食材打算在飯店煮晚餐，但我們到飯店時發現雖然有爐具，但却沒有任何一個鍋子（包括湯鍋跟炒鍋），有烤箱，卻沒有烤架、烤盤。 我們打第一次電話給飯店，飯店說馬上送來，我們等了一小時，打了第二次電話，飯店說20分鐘會到，於是我們等了兩小時，沒有半個人來，飯店讓我們一直等也都沒聯絡我們，我們打了第三次電話，結果飯店說晚上不送來了，要隔天早上9:00後才送，我們要求賠償，飯店要我們寫mail，我們寫了，到現在沒有收到任何回覆。 隔天早上，我們外出時，飯店送來兩個湯鍋放在爐上，一個直徑約24公分，一個約直徑12公分，不僅小，而且還很髒。這樣的服務真的太差了，附有廚具卻不能讓人做飯，跟飯店所提的設備根本不相符，飯店是違約的。

好多時冇WiFi，風筒壞，冇中式餐具用品，鄰居經常煮咖哩，不好受。
