Nice!!

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days during my business trip. It was very nice to be able to get good morning meal service and kind receptionist. Room was very clean and cosy.

Cozy and very clean room & facility!! Breakfast is basic but valuable & delicious. Most Recommendable near the train station in Winterthur. Especially for young people.

Perhaps most important: the room description is inaccurate. It says there is a hob/stove in the room and there is not. Nor is there a fridge. The room was large, which was nice, but only one chair for a two-person room and only one hanger in the closet. No hooks for coats. They use perfumed detergent or dryer sheets so all linens have a strong smell. Since I'm not used to this it made it difficult for me to fall asleep. There is extensive construction going on courtyard side, and as of Jan. 2026 they were only working on the basement; there was a fair amount of noise during work hours (about 7:00-17:00).

einchechen eine katastrophe - um 16 uhr niemand am tresen, 5 min laut rufen - dann kommt eine dame aus dem lift und meint sie sei am tel. katastrophe dann sehr abweisend - ich denke das ist keine keine ch-firma mit diesem service. dann bei erster buchung p-platz für 10euro - dann in der ch 20sfr - reine abzocke wenn auf pw angewiesen ! wohne aiûf dem land in frankreich sehr schlechte punkte zimmer ok, morgnessen - solo la la

A modern and very comfortable hotel with great amenities. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous and even assisted with outside transportation needs. Strongly recommend this hotel when in the Zurich area!

Great destination

Its located in a lovely city Winterthur with lots to do and lots of places to eat

Ksmer en faciliteiten zijn goed. Onprettig vond ik de digitale zelf-incheck die buiten de voordeur onder een luifel bleek te moeten gebeuren, terwijl Jan en alleman kan meelezen over je schouder. De klantvriendelijkheid van de baliemedewerkster compenseerde dit weer wel Terwijl de uitchecktijd uiterlijk 11.00 is, klopte 9.45 de schoonmaakster aan. Er zijn geen labels ‘niet storen / schoonmaak kan’) voorhanden om dit te voorkomen

kein Lichtschalter beim Bett, Nachttischlampe ohne Steckdose, Parkplatz nur bei vorheriger Reservation (es steht P verfügbar), Swisscom TV hat nicht funktioniert (keine LAN Verbindung). Bett bequem.

The accommodations were great and met the needs for our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great down the street from train/bus station. perfect spot for travelers. We would stay again. thanks

Helpful friendly staff. Automatic check in service easy, but does not allow for any privacy when others are waiting behind you, which is not ideal when travelling alone as all details, including room number and all personal details are visible to those behind you. Room facilities simple, but sufficient for my trip.

Die Anmeldung/Registrierung/Zutrittinfos extrem mühsam…, dann auch kein Parkplatz etc

Goede centrale ligging maar ramen isoleren het geluid niet voldoende naast de drukke baan.
