가족여행으로 방문했습니다 댜들 친절했고 수영장 헬스장 잘 이용했어요 다음엔 커플여행으로 올 예정입니다

It is a good place to stay in Taipei. Staffs are friendly. The hotel looks new and well designed. Breakfast was semi-buffet and tasty. However, there was no parking lot in the hotel. It was available 2 min away with the fee around 250$ per day.

출장시 숙소로 하기는 좋습니다. 다만 조식이 좀 아쉽네요

위치적으로 관광객이 많지 않아 좋았고, 역과 버스정류장이 바로 옆에 있어 이동이 편리합니다. 룸컨디션과 청소상태는 매우 만족스러웠고, 수영장도 깨끗하게 유지되어 있어 좋았습니다. 다만, 도로변이라 밤에 시끄럽고 호텔과 대각선방향으로 공사중이라 소음이 많습니다.

새로 지은 곳이라 모든 시설물이 깨끗합니다. 방은 생각보다 작구요. 수영장은 기대 이상입니다. 뷰가 없고 주변 카페나 식당 등 인프라는 부족한 편입니다. 지하철이 바로 옆이라서 편합니다. 가성비 좋아요

모든 시설, 직원, 룸 컨디션, 위치가 만족스러웠습니다. 지하철, 버스정류장이 매우 가까워서 편리하였고 안전한 위치에 있습니다. 직원들 모두 친절하였고 시설도 깔끔했습니다. 재방문 의사 있습니다.

한국어 가능한 직원도 있고 무지무지 친철합니다 직접 감사의 손편지는 감동이었고 직접 체크아웃때 선물까지 준비해서 주는 감동서비스를 해주었어요 지하철이 붙어있어 교통이 무지 좋아요

Convenient, new, and everything looked great. Just a few stops away from Raohe night market. Would 100% stay here again

The hotel is less than 50 metres away from mrt. We booked King corner and we loved it very much. The room is spacious and my favourite is the bathroom. Very comfortable bed and pillows (the best 3 hotels with most comfortable pillows). Gym is huge in Taipei context and the pool is of decent size with steam room and sauna. As for breakfast, it is very normal.

酒店很新淨，周圍環境寧靜安全，有泳池，桑拿及蒸氣，設備完善。旅遊網頁訂酒店時加早餐，收費便宜，食物也可以。捷運站一出便是，交通方便。房間燈光校暗。

Some smelling on the ground floor in the lobby. This may be due to underground filthy water. No foul smell inside elevators nor in hotel room. The management should seek district government to assist in cleaning up the waste water drainage.

會有主動提出刷牙用品的提供，大門開着的時候不自動關門，擔心忘記關門若房間大開。

Meet my expectations.

Other than the standard good stuff (location, cleanliness, hotel facilities), this hotel offers very attentive service for its guests. We notified the the hotel that we were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and they provided little decorations and amenities for us when we checked in, which showed that they cared for their guests. Areas of improvement - the counter at check-in and check-out times had only 1 staff, causing long waits. I expected a little more for a hotel of this size and level. But when it got to our turn the staff was extremely attentive and patient. As an Expedia VIP member - unfortunately we did not get a room upgrade nor late checkout (but it was during the holiday peak period so understandable). Perhaps this program is not as well known in Taiwan as we had other experiences in other hotels (in non peak periods) where we were also not offered those benefits. Such benefits were almost always graciously offered in Europe and Canada without asking. Overall a great experience, we have already booked our next stay in a few months.
